I took advantage of the Day Pool & Spa package with aperitif. The location is superb, nestled among the vineyards with a partial view of Gradara Castle. As for the service, I felt it was inadequate for the quality of the facility, as upon arrival, I wasn't given a locker key because it was no longer available. All the lockers were occupied, so only my boyfriend was given a key to store his belongings. I therefore had to store my belongings in his locker in the men's locker room. I should point out that I booked well in advance, with the date and time set long ago! Furthermore, after four hours, I returned to the women's locker room for a shower, and the space was a mess with a dirty floor and towels and bathrobes piled up, even on the floor. Once I entered the "relaxation" area, the noise was disturbing; groups of women and others were talking loudly, even drowning out the background music. The staff never intervened. During aperitivo, it felt like we were at a bar/market and not in a relaxation area. Overall, I'd say the place is overrated, and the quality/price ratio wasn't enough for my Day Pool & Spa + aperitivo experience.

The atmosphere was magical: relaxing, with attention to every detail and impeccable service. We toasted by the pool, surrounded by soft lighting and perfect music for the occasion. The staff was extraordinary: professional, attentive, and always smiling. They made every moment special, including the suite they provided for changing clothes, which was truly splendid and comfortable. The finale with the fireworks was thrilling, a touch of class that transformed the evening into a precious memory for all of us. An excellent meat restaurant. The atmosphere is very refined, elegant, warm, and welcoming. The selection of appetizers is good, with a wide selection of cured meats and cheeses. Meat is the star, with ribs, T-bone steaks, and steaks all top-quality. The side dishes are good, and the wine list is excellent. Attentive and discreet service. The price is high, but in line with the quality offered and the location.

My husband and I stayed here on a package they gave us that included a spa dinner and breakfast. Our review can only be overwhelmingly positive. Enchanting place. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a super helpful and very nice girl at reception. The room was comfortable, clean, with a huge shower and Sky TV... The spa is a true paradise, a moment of total relaxation... If I could give dinner more than 5 stars, I would gladly, as the dishes were super delicious and plentiful, and the waiters were very elegant and welcoming. The icing on the cake was our breakfast this morning, which was impeccable, and the breakfast lady was truly so nice and helpful. We recommend this place to everyone and hope to return soon. We didn't experience the entire facility. We only went for dinner, sampling some of their dishes. The restaurant is very elegant and quiet, perfect for those who appreciate tranquility. The service and food were worthy of the setting. What impressed us most was the selection of local and international wines.

The massage was a bit subdued. Not up to par for the price paid. Better to avoid.
