Excellent family dinner, the staff was always attentive, the quality of the food and wine were excellent, quality Salento dishes, highly recommended!

I only had dinner, but the place is lovely, the service excellent and the food really good.

We stayed at the farmhouse next door. The place is a bit remote, almost remote...but they've managed to create a little oasis. Well done.

We chose Tenuta Yala for our annual vacation this year (summer 2025) to combine visiting Puglia and staying at the beach. The location is superb, very quiet and with more than decent facilities. We stayed 8 nights at the Pajara and took half board with diner included. The staff is very nice, always helpful, even though few speak English - it is easy to understand with them. The pool is huge and always clean, so most of the days you can choose to stay there instead of going to the sea. The beach is nearly the location, around 6-8 km (Baia Verde) with very beautiful sand and nice water. We travelled all the Puglia area, from the southernmost point (Santa Maria di Leuca) to Bari, Matera, and Alberobello. Gallipoli port is only 8-9 km away and Lecce around 40 minutes by car. The Pajara was cleaned every day with new towels, and the air conditioner is very powerful, being able to cold the room in just minutes. The diner atmosphere is very nice, with tables under the trees and close to the pool, low volume music and the nicest possible staff.

This evening my partner and I had the pleasure of dining at this splendid Salento farmhouse, recommended to us by some friends. We were welcomed by the very kind owner and his attentive and knowledgeable staff. We enjoyed a tasting of typical Salento appetizers—simple, authentic, and high-quality. For our first course, my partner had fresh pasta stuffed with burrata and eggplant. It was divine. I was craving the famous "CICIRI E TRIA," an ancient and typical Salento dish. Even though it wasn't on today's menu, the chefs prepared it especially for me. It was just like my grandmother, originally from Lecce, makes it...exceptional. We finished with two homemade desserts (spumone and cream cake) and an excellent Lecce coffee. The price was very fair for the quality and quantity. I highly recommend it to everyone. We'll definitely be back! ❤

Simply unforgettable! We had the pleasure of dining in this splendid estate, immersed in nature and cared for in every detail. The atmosphere is authentic, warm and welcoming, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the true flavors of tradition.

Abbiamo pranzato in famiglia il giorno di Pasqua e ci siamo innamorati di questa struttura! Cibo buono e abbondante, camerieri cortesi e gentili, ma è la bellezza del posto che rende l esperienza eccellente. La cura dei dettagli, la pulizia , la manutenzione del verde, tutto impeccabile! Bellissimo il parco giochi, il labirinto,I fiori, gli animali, la piscina. Tutto davvero un incanto, tantissimi complimenti a chi gestisce questa struttura con questo livello di attenzione alla pulizia e ai dettagli.

Ho fatto la cresima di mia figlia domenica 23. Mi sono trovata benissimo, posto stupendo, grande , accogliente, perfetto per i bambini e personale davvero eccezionale. Rispettoso delle tempistiche della festa e non è scontato. Cibo squisito e particolare. Cosa aggiungere?! Non vedo l'ora di ritornare e lo sto consigliando davvero a tutti. Grazie, mi sono sentita a casa ed è una cosa rara e bellissima.
