We stopped here for lunch today (September 28, 2025) and were impressed. The food was wonderful, and the server was very friendly and accommodating. We can't rate the rooms, as we weren't staying overnight. We can only recommend this restaurant for dinner.

We visited for a dinner for two: magical! The location was beautiful, and we were able to eat outside in absolute tranquility and silence, accompanied only by the chirping of cicadas. The service was courteous and prompt, and both the main courses, the house appetizer, and the dessert were excellent. The rosé wine was excellent, also available by the glass. The price was average (€40 per person), more than reasonable considering the pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Beautiful estate in the Marina di Ginosa countryside. The ultimate in tranquility, with a pool available. Breakfast was excellent, as was dinner, featuring locally sourced produce. Extremely kind and attentive staff. The room was super clean, spacious, and fresh, with an exceptional double bed. A heartfelt thank you to Ramona for her kindness and hospitality, who cheered us up every morning with exceptional tarts and lots of fruit. ❤️

Very nice place, unfortunately I haven't seen the rooms because I'm staying elsewhere, but the people here are very friendly and hospitable, the structure is truly very beautiful, we had dinner there and we ate very well at a very fair price.

L'essenza In Vista - Ristorante

21/09/2025: An experience that amazed me! Don't expect the usual restaurant and the usual dishes. It's all very good and refined. We tried the appetizers, with many specialties from both land and sea. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable. The dishes and glasses were sparkling. The staff was very polite and friendly. A place that's not at all crowded. Very simple and refined!
05/09/2025: We return to this place and it's always a surprise: so much quality, excellent raw materials used, so much courtesy and professionalism, excellent value for money. Congratulations
