Tenuta Galdieri In Nocera inferiore

16/08/2024: I went a few evenings ago with a group of friends to eat a pizza in this place in the center of Perdifumo. Let me start by saying that I am from the province of Naples where, as is known, people are very demanding when it comes to pizzas. Well, what was my surprise when, thanks to a local friend, I stumbled upon this place where this typical product from our area reaches levels of excellence for the softness and lightness of the dough and the quality of the materials used, mozzarella , provola and exquisite oil. In addition to this, the list includes a variety of pizzas I have never encountered, not even in the most famous pizzerias in my city. All topped off with a very cool location in this period of suffocating heat and appreciable courtesy from the staff. Very honest prices today not always justified, not to mention speculative.
