Tenuta Fujanera In Foggia

Arriving at Tenuta Fujianera is like forgetting that you live in the city. You are welcomed by the smiles of the guys and the warmth of the lights under the olive trees... large space between the tables that allows you to have intimacy with the diners. After the usual explanations, the owner, Cristina, arrives and, with her smile and her clarifications, puts you at ease and conveys the love she has for her place. 5 of us had dinner, well revisited appetizers from the Apulian tradition, I had I ate a veal cheek with black sauce reduction which was truly delicious. Truly exceptional food and cellar. The desserts are the icing on the cake 😁. if you want elegance. While waiting for our friends we enjoyed two really well made cocktails. The place and food were highly recommended. Prices in line with the level of quality.

In summer, Tenuta Fujanera is a beautiful open air restaurant and bar. Sitting under fairy lights, we ate a delicious meal. Starters were gazpacho with couscous and sfogiatella parmigiana; we shared a black and white pasta dish with gnocchi, and for the main course, my husband had the ribs and I enjoyed sausage with mushrooms. Everything was delightful! The staff was very kind and attentive. If you find yourself in or around Foggia, you must go to this restaurant, it is well worth it!

Lovely place to get excited and enjoy fantastic cuisine. As soon as you arrive... Cristina's smile will literally send you into a tailspin... Giusy will point out how important you are... and then Chef Francesco... in my opinion... number one. I recommend you go there and let yourself be transported into a very particular dimension ❤️
