Slow food cuisine at its finest – a huge estate with its own cattle and pigs – all with plenty of space to roam and organically cultivated. Both the ham and bacon variations from the Cinta Senese pork as an appetizer and the Maremma marinara grilled on a wood grill were so indescribably good and tasty that even the longer journey was worthwhile. An attached shop with wine, olive oil, and sausages and meat products invites you to shop. The completely uncomplicated, friendly atmosphere on the spacious grounds is also very pleasant.

We stayed at this property for a few nights on a half-board basis. To say we enjoyed it would be an understatement. Besides exceeding our expectations, we found the staff to be friendly and helpful, the food excellent, and the staff knowledgeable and friendly. The room was clean and tidy upon our arrival, and the pool was fantastic. Will we return? Definitely.
