Friendly staff, good croissants and cappuccinos. It's a quick and easy coffee shop near the station, probably the best in Novella.

Decent paninis and coffee. Our service was fine and lots of options for drinks/snacks to go. Not a bad spot to grab food in between train stops.

Ordered one cappuccino one hot water and got a half price croissant. I’ve read the bad reviews. On this occasion it wasn’t too bad. Didn’t get told to take the reciept to the other coffee counter for hot drinks. When I worked it out realised I’d been charged for a bottle of water so was a bit difficult getting the hot water. We got there in the end. Don’t go here before a train if you’re in a hurry.

Today I was with my countryman both upon arrival by train, in the morning, and when leaving again, in the afternoon. All the girls who served us were amazing! Silvia super professional! We will return every time we return to Florence! Thanks everyone!

Cafe inside Santa Maria Novella Station It's nice to have a quick coffee while waiting for the train.
