Tenji Kaiten Restaurant In Parma

The sushi is of high quality and the atmosphere is very refined, but compared to the last time I went there they have removed the special dishes to bring the sushi, such as the Ferris wheel and the steps full of sushi.

The restaurant has a very welcoming and pleasant location, quiet, with background music, and a total sense of peace while eating and ordering. The staff is very friendly and always smiling, answering every request, and the wait for your order is minimal. The food is very good and of excellent quality. The only drawback is that some dishes, like carpaccio and gunkan, have a portion limit per person, as is the case at most all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurants. We had a great time, and I highly recommend it!

For those who love this type of cuisine, this is the best restaurant in Parma! The quality/price ratio is INCREDIBLY GOOD! Absolutely worth it!!!

We went as a couple for dinner at this beautiful restaurant. The selection of dishes is extensive and well-explained on the tablet provided at each table. You can really taste the quality of the dishes: freshness and deliciousness from start to finish! The presentation of the dishes was also a plus, as they looked like paintings, each with a different image. I recommend the crudités. The staff is very kind and helpful. Excellent value for money! I recommend booking.

Today I return and find a place ten times larger, but with the exact same philosophy as then: do it well, stay true to quality, and never lose sight of its roots despite growth. Tenji Parma is living proof that consistency pays off over time. From its minimalist origins to today's restaurant, the leap is enormous, but the spirit is the same: ultra-fresh fish, meticulously prepared dishes, a balance between Japanese tradition and modern creativity. Every detail—from the presentation to the temperature of the rice—is thoughtfully thought out, and you can tell there's a team behind it who knows what they're doing. The interiors are elegant, the service quick and friendly, the atmosphere relaxed. It's rare to find an all-you-can-eat restaurant that never loses quality even when it's full, and here they manage it effortlessly. In a world where so many clubs are improvised, Tenji remains a sure thing. From a room with a roller to a true reference point for Parma. And honestly, I'm happy to say: I was already going there back then. 👏🍣

After a year, a change was made and I'm really happy that my feedback led to changes so you added more options (nigiri, hosomaki, temaki, uramaki,) with vegetables and plant-based (100% vegan).
