Easy ipad menu, food tasted very nice, was served pretty quickly, presented very well and there was a large variety of food, including vegetarian. Lots of staff so plates were cleared quickly too. Would definitely return!

Since I discovered it, it has never disappointed me. Excellent food, fast service. The best Japanese restaurant I have tried in Parma. Sometimes we also take it for take-out: the portions are generous and the convenience is excellent, like the dishes. The only negative note is that when I go to eat at the restaurant I leave knowing that the food has been cooked in an impressive way.

Who would have thought that in Italy, a land full of the aroma of pizza and pasta, there is a Japanese restaurant that makes my taste buds cheer. What's more surprising is that the boss is Chinese! As soon as I entered the store, the Japanese-style decoration came into view, but after a few words, I found that the friendly local accent is the unique "signature" here.
First try the sashimi platter, thick-cut salmon, sweet shrimp and Arctic scallops are neatly stacked, and the freshness is perfect. I asked and found that in order to ensure the quality of the ingredients, the boss insisted on purchasing from high-quality channels and went to Japan to learn authentic processing methods. This level of care is definitely not comparable to ordinary Japanese restaurants.
The signature eel rice did not disappoint. The eel was grilled to be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the sauce was rich and sweet, which went perfectly with the soft and glutinous rice. According to the boss, in order to make the taste more suitable for local Italians and compatriots, he constantly adjusted the sauce formula and cleverly combined the traditional Japanese flavor with Chinese seasoning.
There are many creative dishes in the store, such as the "Italian sushi roll" made with Italian ham and sushi rice. With one bite, the two food cultures collide on the tip of the tongue, which is novel and delicious. Chatting with the boss, I learned that he has lived in Italy for many years and found that there is a gap in the local Japanese food market. He opened this store with his love for food and research spirit.
The service is also very considerate. The staff is not only proficient in Japanese and Italian, but also can communicate in their hometown dialect in seconds when facing Chinese diners. The service is meticulous and makes people feel warm. This Japanese food restaurant opened by Chinese people has used its strength to interpret what "cross-border integration on the tip of the tongue" means in a foreign country. It must be recommended to everyone!
