Temakinho In Bologna

After our last experience last year, I promised myself I wouldn't go back because we waited over an hour without seeing any dishes. Today, however, they were incredibly quick... Always excellent quality They made me change my mind... I'll definitely go back!!!!

The restaurant's atmosphere is very beautiful and original, especially given its location in the heart of Bologna. However, it's clear that the restaurant's upkeep could have been better: there were visible stains on the chairs and some neglected details that somewhat detracted from the experience. We opted for the Japanese cuisine, which was really good—quality products and well-prepared dishes—making the dinner worthwhile. As for the wine list, we found the prices excessive for the quality offered. Bottles started around €28–€30, and glasses cost between €6 and €7, which seemed unreasonable to us. For this reason, we decided not to order wine. In short, a beautiful and original place to try good Japanese food, but with room for improvement both in the upkeep of the restaurant and in the wine pricing policy.

The service is good: courteous and attentive, although with some room for improvement. The dishes aren't particularly original, but they're well-executed, with quality ingredients and interesting combinations that surprise without being forced. The prices are medium-high, but consistent with the overall experience. A perfect choice for those seeking something sophisticated and different.

Temakinho was a truly pleasant discovery! The menu is rich and original, with many creative options that blend Japanese tradition with Brazilian flavors. We particularly enjoyed the variety of rolls, including some made with lactose-free cheese—an unusual and much-appreciated touch. The drinks are exceptional: we tried a mojito and a passion fruit cocktail, both refreshing and well-balanced. The mixed fish tartare served with crispy seaweed was excellent. We also tried the temaki; a generous and flavorful filling, topped with fish roe and almond flakes for a crunchy and original touch. Highly recommended for those who love experimenting with new combinations! The crispy seaweed tacos, filled with salmon, avocado, fish roe, mayonnaise, and flaked almonds, were also delicious. The attention to detail, elegant presentation, and quality ingredients are truly evident. Friendly service, a modern and relaxed atmosphere. A restaurant we'll happily return to for a casual yet quality evening. Highly recommended!

Temakinho was a wonderful discovery: a place with meticulous attention to detail, a warm and lively atmosphere that immediately makes you feel like you're on vacation. The menu combines quality sushi and Brazilian flavors in an original way: I tried the temaki and some special rolls, all fresh and beautifully presented. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to offer advice without being intrusive. The cocktails were also excellent, perfect to accompany dinner. An experience I highly recommend to anyone looking for something different from the usual sushi.
