Te.Ma. Food In Carmagnola

05/01/2025: Discovered by chance, during the trip to the Superga basilica. Intimate place, small, very warm and welcoming, family atmosphere, very kind and polite staff. Very good food, we had a risotto (Castelmagno and pears highly recommended), And tagliolini with broccoli and black cabbage pesto (delicious). A round of applause to the owner and his staff. We will return

03/01/2025: Local 3 minutes from Superga. Really high quality appetizers as regards the first courses, a little less the very sweet and very watery fondue and doughy gnocchi as regards the rice with pears and Castelmagno. The meat with potatoes, on the other hand, is very sweet and the sauce is also very watery. Warm and welcoming atmosphere and somewhat poor service. I don't think it's normal to wait 30 minutes with the place empty for a tray of bread.
