Very "rustic" Osteria on the island of Sant Erasmo; The island is ideal for long walks, is quiet and, as it is only used for agricultural purposes, is hardly visited by tourists (more for insiders). Al Bacan is well suited for a long break (the Fritto Misto is recommended) with - in the guest garden - a beautiful view of the lagoon! Nearby is the “Torre Massimiliano”.

We went for lunch on Wednesday: 4 people. A terrible sautéed mussels, the mussels were all dry. 2 tasteless spaghetti with vegetables, one person only ate grilled vegetables (undercooked aubergines) and french fries (very good) total 94 euros. Madness! The only positive thing...the location!!!!!

I love the place! ! In all seasons Avoid the weekend, quite a few people but no or very few tourists, they stay in Venice!

Beautiful views and great placement at a lovely beach which feels a million miles from crowds in Venice. We came her twice. On the first occasion we shared the grilled fish platter and it was delicious - highly recommended. Followed by tiramisu - pleasant. Second time I had gnochetti with a seafood sauce - it was pleasant but nothing special. Himself had grilled salmon - he recommended it! Service polite but very slow.

Nuova gestione. Ottimo su tutta la linea. Cordiali, gentili, vista da incanto e cibo ottimo. Sia la pizza che il pesce con prosecco e verdure dell'isola. Consigliato.

09/08/2024: Great welcome and truly delicious food. Mediterranean sea bream and salmon cooked in the oven perfectly and accompanied by tasty side dishes. Well done! I recommend it.
