There's care and it shows. Impeccable and very fast service. Good food, but with room for improvement.

The service and hospitality were nothing to write home about. Otherwise, it wasn't that great. I had the Asado... but it had nothing to do with the Asado, a piece of rib-eye steak—cooked at a low temperature and then sautéed—and the result was a piece of meat that was boiled and then burned. Nothing like a costillar asado or an Asado de tira.
I was persuaded to have a rib-eye steak, enticed by the explanation and that it was classified as AAA (denoting excellence and a high percentage of fat).
But unfortunately, it didn't meet these parameters.
A welcoming place with a good atmosphere.

This grill restaurant doesn't deserve a positive review at all. The meat isn't very good: we had a rubia gallega tomahawk that didn't have the flavor I'm used to, and the meat was very tough. The arrosticini were terrible: tough and undercooked. The wine selection is also quite limited. I won't go into further details to avoid further criticism. Not recommended.

Recommended for all carnivores. Excellent, sophisticated food (the Rubia Gallega ham is excellent). Friendly, welcoming service. A gem you absolutely must try.

We went for dinner and had a great time. They weren't open yet, but given the cold outside, they let us sit anyway. Everyone who served us was very kind and gave us great advice.
They're also knowledgeable about celiac disease and therefore gluten-free food.
To start, we had a platter of ham made from the leg of a Rubia Gallega Spanish cow, a true delight.
Then came polenta with mushrooms, and finally about twenty arrosticini, the best we've ever eaten. 🔝🔝
The gluten-free focaccia we decided to try was good, although a little dry.
Walking past the kitchen, the various cuts of premium meats are beautifully displayed.
An excellent place that I recommend to everyone, except vegans and vegetarians.

Location: 9 - A very unique place, at least in the front room, which is rather small; the back rooms are under a wooden pergola, nice but nothing special.
Menu: 9 - There's something for everyone: we tried bruschetta, a platter, a pan, and a picanha, and they were all excellent!
Service: 10 - From the welcome to the table service, all the way to the bill, everything was impeccable.
Bill: 9 - €72 for two people, including a 500-gram picanha, is absolutely in line with what the place offers.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
P.S. I promised myself I'd take photos of all the dishes, but they were, to say the least, irresistible, so there was no way around it... Hunger won!
