My first time there. But I'll definitely be back. Everything was excellent, from the service to the top-quality food.

Excellent place, great food, excellent meat, and even the starters are worth trying. The only downside is that if you eat on the veranda, you might find yourself at tables where people smoke, and given the proximity of the tables, you'll be exposed to all the smoke while you eat. Otherwise, everything was good, and the price was fair.

Genola's Teatro della Carne is one of those places that can transform a birthday party into a little show: the table is the stage, the curtain rises on the aromas of Piedmontese cuisine, and the actors are the dishes, the true protagonists of a memorable evening. Our company was welcomed into the wine bar, a secluded corner that is both intimate and spectacular. To call the food "good" would be an understatement: here, meat reigns supreme, but every detail of the menu speaks of care and passion. A trio of appetizers served on a single plate—accompanied by baskets of fragrant olive, walnut, and whole wheat bread—opened the evening with a perfect balance of flavor and tradition. Then came the chef's ravioli, small handmade works of art: the thin, yellow pasta enveloped a rich, intense filling that tasted of home and craftsmanship. And then there was the second course of potatoes with their skins smothered in sand, seemingly simple but actually irresistible, right up to the final dessert: a full-flavored, authentic cow's milk ice cream that concluded the dinner with an almost poetic delicacy. The Teatro della Carne is not just any restaurant: it's an experience, a tale of aromas, tradition, and pure pleasure!
