Everything is excellent, or rather super excellent, the meat is of high quality, the cooking is perfect and the desserts are magnificent. Perfect service and top education. The presence of the meat counter, the shelves with wines on sale and the other culinary excellences of the area, which surround the dining room, make the context truly fascinating. The grilled fillet was very good, but much more could really have been done on the presentation! The choice of wines was interesting and in the end I spent the right amount.
