A lovely, welcoming place in the center of Catania. It's stylishly furnished. The staff is friendly and helpful. Service can be slow at times, partly due to the crowds. The food is good, and the menu offers a variety of delicious savory pancakes.

Found out through a friend, it's a small, beautiful, and welcoming place to escape the daily grind. The desserts are excellent, beautifully presented with herbal teas or hot chocolate. The waitress is truly friendly.

One of the nicest places in the city. I went there twice in two days for a snack, but couldn't find a seat because it was packed to the rafters. Space is limited, and to accommodate a few more people, they sacrifice too much to keep things busy. They've demonstrated an inability to manage the wait list. If you tell me you'll have to wait 20 minutes, after 40 minutes of me still standing, you'll either let me sit down or at least make me a good coffee for next time. These are the usual indelicacies common among owners of Catanian restaurants. The high standard of service must be maintained by implementing these measures.

Yesterday, late Sunday afternoon, wanting some time to sip a hot chocolate in a cozy and inviting atmosphere, we chose "tea pot." When we arrived, we saw that several people had the same idea. I must say, we didn't have to wait very long for a table (but we were told we had to vacate our table at 8 PM to make room for those who had dinner reservations; we were seated at 7:10 PM). Once we were seated, it was a complete nothingness... No waitress came to frown at us or take our order, and meanwhile, time passed. At this point, after the long wait and the annoyance of the waitress, who made no secret of her opposition to her duties, we decided to get up and leave.

A very beautiful place, it becomes even more welcoming and quaint during the Christmas season. It's a shame that the table layout makes it decidedly uncomfortable for customers and the staff, who demonstrate considerable difficulty managing their workload, the space, and the customers, who are definitely not treated as a priority and are constantly bumped into. The staff is very slow to welcome customers, almost as if they were a nuisance. Customers sitting in the walkway are constantly asked to move, even though the employees are perfectly aware there isn't enough space to do so. It's a shame because the quality and variety of products are truly excellent. I think better staff selection would really add value.

I wasn't familiar with the place... it's a very beautiful and comfortable location... the only flaw is the very slow table service... I was with friends for tea, we asked for biscuits to go with it but magically when the tea arrived the biscuits were sold out... we were disappointed...!! Not to mention that one thing and then another... I recommend you change the staff serving the tables... I recommend it only for the location and for the friendliness of the owner and the guy at the cash register 😄

I went to Teapot in Catania for a gin and tonic and an aperitif, and it was a truly excellent experience. A well-made gin and tonic, a quality aperitif, and attention to detail. The atmosphere, in perfect English style, is warm and welcoming, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the evening. Furthermore, since it was Christmas time, the place was beautifully decorated, creating a truly special and pleasant atmosphere. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere relaxed: a place to return without a second thought.
