This pizzeria is a blessing. The best pizza I have ever eaten in Central Italy, with nothing to envy of the one I had the chance to taste in the South. The place is located in an unexpected street in Ponte San Giovanni, but don't be fooled by this. The pizzas are both sliced ​​and plated in Neapolitan style. We have become regular customers for some time now and every time they prepare delicious pizzas for us, with soft and fragrant dough, never burnt or too salty, also finding excellent solutions for any food intolerances. Prices are good. Furthermore, in my experience as a vegan traveler and customer, I have come to the conclusion that many pizzas elsewhere pass off as good thanks to the mozzarella; but if a pizza can be perfect even without cheese, it means that quality is everywhere, just like in this case. But that is not all. The pizza chef is really nice and open to new things, and now pizzas with vegan mozzarella have also been added to the menu (better than the one in the supermarket).
