A very homey location, the food is truly excellent, locally sourced Calabrian cuisine (flavors of yesteryear), and the prices are truly FAIR. Luigi, the owner, is a wonderful host, always attentive and kind. Highly recommended.

This place was recommended to me by local friends—I'm from Caserta. I have to say, everything was delicious: generous portions, reasonable prices, a very quaint location, and, above all, the owner's great courtesy. Absolutely not to be missed!

Positive notes: Very nice and well-kept place, large and well-set tables. Excellent and plentiful appetizers. The grill, although of good quality (monotonous, only slices of pork, a few small pieces of sausage, "not enough" and then a nice slice of veal to share for 8). Sore notes: Arrived at 8:00 pm, served appetizer, it was 9:00 pm. Then nothing! They served us the grill at 10:45 pm, without even an excuse for the wait of an hour and 45 minutes. Fair price.

Excellent food. We enjoyed the pizza (soft and easily digestible dough) with quality toppings. The house appetizers were exquisite. Parking isn't always easy.

We were guests of Luigi (the owner) one evening during the cycle tour of the parks. La Tavola dei briganti is a place where you can find many home-made products. They have animals, a vegetable garden, bees from which they produce honey and pollen. We ate assorted homemade appetizers, all spectacular, we definitely recommend the home-made ricotta with honey and pollen. The environment is welcoming and familiar and also offers a beautiful view of the town and valley. Highly recommended
