A historic restaurant in the center of Rovigo, serving traditional Venetian dishes from both seafood and meat. We were particularly impressed by the simple yet divinely prepared first courses: bigoli in a mouth-watering sauce and pasta with seared chicory and spicy shrimp... oh, how delicious! The staff was truly courteous, smiling, and attentive.

A historic trattoria serving traditional dishes, beautifully prepared and brimming with the flavors of yesteryear. Everything is delicious, but the bigoli in salsa and the penne with puntarelle and shrimp are truly exquisite. The service is friendly and attentive. Excellent value for money. The house wine is good.

The service, friendliness, and food are exceptional. I've been there for lunch and dinner several times in recent days. I'll gladly return if I ever find myself in Rovigo again. Highly recommended and definitely worth a try.

The atmosphere is comfortable but a bit noisy due to the large crowd. The service is impeccable and fairly quick. The food is tasty, home-style, although a slice of polenta with three slices of grilled salami is a bit small. I'd definitely go back.

Warm, welcoming, excellent service. I haven't tried the pasta dishes, but they make a good Venetian-style liver.
There's a wide selection of desserts; I recommend the sweet potato pie with pine nuts. The Raboso wine is good, especially when enjoyed at room temperature.
Overall, a great place for a relaxing lunch or dinner.
Better to book, otherwise you risk not getting a seat.

I arrived at 2:00 PM without a reservation; the place was still crowded, so they set up a table for me right away. I ordered, and 10 minutes later, they served my appetizer, followed by an excellent first course... very good and professional. I ate very well. The price was reasonable.

I visited Trattoria Dante in Rovigo and what a wonderful discovery! I ate truly deliciously: authentic Venetian cuisine, carefully crafted with flavors and quality ingredients. The menu is excellent, full of traditional dishes with a touch of personality.
The place is charming and familiar, with an atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease, as if you were a guest at a friend's house. The service is also excellent: attentive, friendly, and truly thoughtful, without ever being intrusive. It's an experience I'd happily recommend to anyone who loves good food and authentic eateries.
A special thanks to the staff for making
lunch so enjoyable. I'll definitely be back!
