I went with friends for dinner on a Saturday. The room where they set our table was constantly noisy. It wasn't relaxing at all. The staff was friendly. The appetizers were average. Neither good nor bad. The first courses were mediocre and very, very salty. The meat was very good, accompanied by soft and salty baked potatoes. In short, a place with high expectations that were not met. A shame.

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing compared to expectations. The appetizers (tartare and cured meats) were good, and the wine excellent—no complaints there. The real problem, however, was the main course: a Galician steak arrived overcooked, which is a real affront for a steak of this caliber. Furthermore, the meat was excessively fatty, far beyond the typical standard for this type of steak. To make matters worse, the side dishes arrived after we had already finished the meat, rendering them useless and forcing us to send them back. A serious error in time management in the kitchen. The desserts were average, nothing memorable. Finally, perhaps the most disappointing aspect: during service and at checkout, no one asked for feedback on the evening. For a restaurant that aspires to a certain level, I consider this a lack of attention and respect for the customer. A real shame, because there is potential, but the overall experience fell short.

Staff is very professional and knowledgeable about the dishes, their products are genuinely good, I had a little issue with my beef tartare which they tried to rectify immediately, overall is a quality place, very nice ambience too.

I went to Taveretta Colauri for a meat dinner with friends, and I have to say we couldn't have made a better choice. From the appetizers to the meat, the wide selection of wines, and the exquisite desserts, we had everything we needed, and we were extremely satisfied. The place is beautiful and classy, ​​with limited parking, and a quiet atmosphere. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the service and the food; perhaps a little high, but it's absolutely worth it. I'll gladly return to try other delicacies.

A semi-hidden gem in the hospital area. We booked for January 6th, a special day, as the restaurant was packed. Two large parking lots. You immediately feel the lovely mountain cabin atmosphere, with open meat storage rooms and a visible grill. We are greeted with a glass of prosecco and finger food. Our expectations were high, and they were rightly rewarded. Trio of tartare and a premium selection of cheeses. Fresh meat accompanied by various types of salt and pepper and fantastic cheeses served with walnut jam and honey. We also ordered three glasses of excellent quality wine at a fair price. We also chose two different steaks, cooked differently, which arrived at the same time, a significant plus in terms of service. The meat was excellent, both very tender and truly high quality, and they perfectly met the requested weight. As side dishes, potatoes and broccoli rabe were served; everything was excellent. We finished with a beautiful apple pie. Very fair prices, and even lower than the competition, given the quality. The attentive, precise, and fast service is definitely a plus.
