I was pleasantly surprised by this place! The staff is friendly, cheerful, and always available to recommend dishes and pairings. (Alessandro, in particular, was able to recommend an excellent beer to accompany my platter.) The food is simply delicious: fresh ingredients, generous portions, and a clear focus on quality. I especially appreciated the perfectly balanced flavors and presentation. Excellent value: here, you pay for quality, and every euro is well spent. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and satisfying gastronomic experience!

A little gem on Cosenza's main street! My husband and I had some truly exceptional meatballs, followed by pinsa and panetto mussano! Everything was delicious! The staff were friendly and helpful. We'll be back!

Low cost, high return! The dishes were all divinely cooked, the portions were just right (in some cases generous), and the service was impeccable: despite the volume of work, they were always polite, calm, and smiling. The icing on the cake: their expertise!

I have been to tavernacolo several times because I consider it one of the best places to eat in cosenza. the food is excellent, the staff is very nice, friendly and super helpful and it is right in the center of corso mazzini. the only flaw: the nduja. I come from vibo valentia and therefore I think I know what I'm talking about, just one piece of advice, change the nduja and your food will be perfect.

I celebrated my birthday here and it was my first time at Tavernacolo, a place that is hidden in a small side street of Corso Mazzini like a pearl in a shell. The experience here was excellent from every point of view, beyond all expectations although already high. An elegant location with a modern and expertly casual style, reserved and truly enjoyable, cared for in the smallest details and truly capable of creating the right mix between intimacy and modern style. Excellent staff starting from the owner Marco (a polite, honest and professional person beyond words) and the other collaborators who were able to discreetly be present in every crucial phase of the evening and show education, professionalism and cordiality. Excellent food: good cold cuts and cheeses, tasty and well-made rustici, excellent pickled vegetables and bruschetta, very good eggplant parmigiana, exceptional and light pinsa but, above all, delicious meatballs (both meat and eggplant) that earn first place overall among the meatballs tasted so far around the world. Very crunchy breading (a sign of excellent frying) and an extraordinary flavor. So much admiration for the product offered, truly unmissable. A note of merit for having immediately proposed an alternative cutting board for a vegetarian guest that I had forgotten to communicate, therefore maximum performance even with zero notice. Well done. The wine recommended to me, of which the restaurant offers a vast selection, turned out to be very good and excellent in accompanying all the dishes mentioned above. A place that by measure enters among my absolute favorites. I will definitely return.

Posto carinissimo con personale sorridente e professionale .. tutto curato nei minimi dettagli e menù con vasta scelta e opzioni per tutti i gusti .. ho preso la picanha …… qualcosa di eccezionale 🤤 esperienza da ripetere assolutamente !

All inizio pensi mm...i prezzi altini dei panini... ma poi quando assaggi il tutto, cibo, e bevande(un mondo di Marche d eccellenza!) RITIRI QURL DUBBIO SUL PREZZO ALTO!! INGREDIENTI FRESCHII! SAPORE GENUINO! Assolutamente ottimi i panini! La carne di tacchino divininaaa(panino Fumè🏆). La salsiccia e i broccoli di rapa con quella focaccia(panino terrone🏆) indescrivibileee👍😋😋😋. Birre infinite...noi abbiamo provato solo la Paulaner...ma...raga..alto livello!!! Location molto moderna, pulita, Irish pub style. Personale squisito!!!💗.
