Taverna Quintilia In Tivoli

Walking through the streets of Tivoli, after visiting Villa Gregoriana and about to visit Villa D'Este, we stopped for a lunch break in this typical restaurant without having first read the various reviews... we were very satisfied with the quality of the service, the welcome and the food. We tasted fish-based dishes... everything is fresh and the cuisine is light, the fried foods are not soaked like elsewhere so there is no sense of heaviness after the meal. I highly recommend it. Compliments.

Ristorante molto carino e accogliente, gestito in modo accurato e con grande attenzione ai clienti. Cucina buona, in particolare ottimo il risotto alla pescatore e i dolci fatti in casa (caprese davvero molto buona!).

After visiting Villa d'Este, we stopped by this restaurant, where we were greeted very kindly and warmly by everyone. The service was quick and very friendly. Usciti dalla villa cercavamo un posto dove pranzare e anche se erano le 15:00 ed eravamo in 8 ci hanno fatto accomodare senza problemi. Abbiamo ordinato 3 piatti di paccheri alla carbonara , 3 di pasta fresca cacio e pepe , 2 pennette al pomodoro per le bambine e 4 tiramisù. Ci hanno offerto come benvenuto del pane semplice e ai cereali molto buoni , due piattini di zeppoline alle alghe fatte da loro strepitose , infatti ne abbiamo chiesto un altro piatto per le ragazze, e la polenta fritta . I primi piatti erano ottimi , la carbonara strepitosa con una crema buonissima e il guanciale veramente buono. Cottura della pasta al dente. Ottimo anche la cacio e pepe , il tiramisù buonissimo . I camerieri tutti gentili e cortesi , molto simpatici. Il conto ci ha sorpreso perché pensavamo di spendere di più , non conoscevamo i prezzi perché abbiamo preso piatti non presenti nel menù . Veramente complimenti

After leaving the villa we were looking for a place to have lunch and even though it was 3pm and there were 8 of us they let us sit without any problems. We ordered 3 plates of paccheri carbonara, 3 of fresh cacio e pepe pasta, 2 penne with tomato sauce for the girls and 4 tiramisu. They offered us some simple bread and very good cereals as a welcome, two small plates of amazing seaweed zeppoline made by them, in fact we asked for another dish for the girls, and fried polenta. The first courses were excellent, the carbonara amazing with a delicious cream and the bacon really good. Cooking pasta al dente. The cacio e pepe is also excellent, the tiramisu is delicious. The waiters were all kind and courteous, very nice. The bill surprised us because we thought we would spend more, we didn't know the prices because we took dishes not on the menu. Truly congratulations

I have never received such courtesy and kindness, it almost makes you feel embarrassed, besides the owner the service was fast and always available. The courses always arrive with maximum precision in time, are of excellent workmanship and are packaged with excellent raw materials, but the icing is the desserts from the Sorrento coast, heartfelt compliments.
