I went here for lunch with my mother. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the value for money was excellent. We had an appetizer and two scarparielli. The place was well-decorated and clean. A special mention for the chef's babà, truly excellent! I highly recommend this place.

Passing through Benevento, we wandered into this alley. I ordered the scarpariello and, for my second course, a dish I'd never tried before today: pork with Annurca apple, hazelnuts, and zucchini. A delicacy!! Highly recommended!! The tiramisu was also excellent!! Come in, ladies and gentlemen, come in!! 😋😋😋 P.S. Kind and friendly, which never hurts!

We were looking for a place to eat in the center of Benevento, a few steps from the Sannio Museum, and we found it on TheFork. A cute and quite quaint place. We ordered two Genovese pastas, and the waiter offered our daughter a pasta dish with two meatballs. The Genovese wasn't great; the sauce was sparse, but the meat was tender and flavorful. And there was only one meatball on the daughter's plate. I ordered a nougat semifreddo, which was very delicate and truly delicious.

We had lunch on a Sunday in September. Everything was very pleasant, with the staff being typical of a tavern, witty but respectful. The service was clean, and all the dishes were excellent.

A paradise tavern, at the gateway to this wonderful world is Rosario, the Master of Keys, the Innkeeper, the Count of Montecristo, and the virtuoso of the pan. Rosario welcomed us, pampered us, and advised us, and we spent a delightful evening with him. He single-handedly managed the restaurant, both inside and outside the kitchen, with a professional yet playful approach, allowing guests to embark on a flawless culinary journey worthy of the finest taverns, using excellent ingredients and delicious traditional Benevento dishes. Thank you, Rosario!!!

Locale caratteristico del posto. Servizio accogliente e giovane , tempi di attesa forse un po’ lunghi ma senza esagerare. Molto buono il tagliere di salumi, i secondi un po’ meno, carne servita troppo brodo sa a parer mio, ma nel complesso niente male come serata.

01/08/2025: My wife and I were Franco's guests for lunch, as we will soon have the pleasure of hosting a reception at his premises. The restaurant is easily accessible and conveniently located, offering a stunning view and a relaxing poolside setting. The atmosphere is generally pleasant and the staff are attentive. During lunch, we felt privileged by both the owner and the waiters. Particular attention was paid to both the promptness of the service and the selection of dishes. Each course was generous and delicious, with a blend of flavors pleasing to the palate and perfectly balanced. The red wine offered was very good, drinks were always chilled at the table, and the waitresses were courteous in providing excellent service. Despite our excellent relationship with Franco, the quality of the food and the skill in managing the restaurant are undeniable. Recommended for any type of event, as the owner will certainly know how to accommodate any request. Congratulations!
