I had the pleasure of discovering this tavern near the historic center of Benevento, I must say that I was absolutely satisfied! The quality exceeds expectations and every detail is taken care of with great attention. The overall experience was fantastic: the staff was extremely courteous and professional, always ready to answer all my questions. I highly recommend anyone looking for traditional Samnite cuisine to try it, you won't be disappointed! Excellent service, a nice and friendly owner, definitely deserves 5 stars!"

Characteristic and informal place. We ate well. As an appetizer "Carciofo mbuttunatu" a stuffed artichoke, accompanied by vegetables and sausage; half paccheri alla Genovese as a first course and as a second course we tried the black pork meatballs with sauce. All very delicious. Excellent value for money.

Trasferta fortunata, quella che mi ha portato a Benevento a presentare un libro. Gli organizzatori dell'incontro hanno avuto l'ottima idea di farmi pranzare e cenare in due ristoranti dove si fa onore alla gastronomia locale e la scelta è stata felice. La mia esplorazione delle specialità della zona è iniziata In questo piccolo locale, dove purtroppo non ho avuto il tempo necessario per sfruttare più ampiamente l'ampio menù che faceva bella figura su una lavagna a muro, ma quel che ho assaggiato mi è bastato per farmi un'idea della qualità del ristorante. Come antipasto mi sono goduto uno sformato di verdure e pesce intinto in una gradevole salsetta brodosa, per poi passare ad una notevole zuppetta di baccalà e ceci. La mousse di torrone ha fatto da degno tocco finale. Non so quale sia stato il costo perché ero invitato, ma l'impressione è stata che, in ogni caso, il cibo valesse la (non credo elevata) spesa. Da tenere a mente se ricapitassi da queste parti.

Gita fuori porta a Benevento, cittadina incantevole siamo arrivati alla trattoria paradiso su suggerimento di due Beneventani a cui abbiamo chiesto informazioni, trattoria tipica , ambiente accogliente, personale molto gentile e disponibile, un cuoco eccellente, cibo ottimo! Da ritornare e da consigliare !
