Overall I think it's fair to give 4 stars. Good food, very good fish dishes at a good price-quality. The service is discreet even if he forgot some orders. The environment needs to be looked at again, dated, poorly cared for, air conditioning produced by a portable air conditioner placed as best as possible... Too bad that with a few adjustments it could overall make much more.
