Taverna Le Coppelle In Roma

Taverna Le Coppelle is truly charming. The pizza chef stands in front of the guests, almost like a DJ. The food is excellent, whether pizza, pasta, or meat dishes. They had every drink we wanted. I had the feeling that the staff were genuinely happy we were there. Throughout the evening, a lot of locals came to eat, which speaks volumes for the restaurant. It was so lovely that we ate there twice. We were staying across the street at the Hotel Dimora Coppelle, which was very convenient.

A lovely little taverna just off the tourist trail around the Panthanon. Food was delicious and the pizza base as fine as you could get it. Lovely service although the place was a bit quiet when we visited

Amazing little restaurant, very authentic Roman cuisine with great prices. We tried all the Roman delicacies - Artichokes, suppli, fiore di zucca. They also have pizzas and all types of pasta. Our waitress (I think Veronica was her name) was amazing. She was so friendly advised us on what to have. It is a cozy little spot away from the hustle and bustle of the centre. The portions are generous, you will leave stuffed. I suggest you all give it a go.

Everything is delicious, the service is excellent, it's worth every penny of the included service charge. I'm a foreigner and I would come back many more times! Plus, it's super cozy!

Service fab and would still recommend this place if you’re in Rome. We had lasagna which was nice and very reasonably priced. Menu is very extensive. Atmosphere was very quiet so you could hear each other speak, but might be nice with a little bit of Italian music.

The food was very delicious, the price is completely reasonable and the staff are really sweet and friendly. I also found the location quite practical for my lunch before the villa Borghese!

We started with a variety of fried appetizers: cod, mozzarella, and pumpkin, all delicious and perfectly golden brown, accompanied by a soft and fluffy focaccia. For our main courses, we tried a Bolognese, a carbonara, and a pizza, all impressive, with authentic flavors and a quality evident in every bite. To top off the experience, the chef treated us to some homemade desserts that were simply delicious, a touch that made the dinner even more special. The welcoming atmosphere and attentive service make this place a must-visit for lovers of good Italian food.
