Step away from the Pantheon crowds up a side street for a Roman lunch at Taverna Coppelle. Mushroom risotto so delicately flavorful! Nice "hot out of the oven" surprise treat at end of meal. Friendly staff, attentive and welcoming.

A hidden gem in a back street. Very nice waitress with a genuine smile on her face and the best pizza we ate in Rome! Thin, crispy, full and tasty! Many thanks for making this one of the highlights of the trip

Visit this restaurant every time we visit Rome and recommend it to anyone visiting. Excellent, solid choice. Prices are reasonable and the food is great. Location is perfect. Staff are always polite and attentive. They went the extra mile when my son was ill when visiting and made absolute no fuss about it. Highly recommend.

Dit is een klassiek Italiaans restaurant vlakbij piazza Navona . We zijn hier op een middag beland . Zeer vriendelijke bediening en de prijzen zijn democratisch. We hadden maar een beetje honger , maar een pizza delen was geen enkel probleem . De pizza was de beste die ik in jaren in Rome heb gegeten . Flinterdunne deeg , lekker krokant, perfect belegd, zonder teveel kaas . Wij komen hier zeker terug .

Estábamos muy contentos de encontrarnos con este pintoresco restaurante muy cerca del Panteón. Maravillosos espaguetis carbonara. Excelente servicio con personal muy amable. ¡Qué suerte! Nos fuimos muy contentos.

27/04/2025: My wife and I ate in this restaurant and were very surprised: the staff is young and very kind. I even liked that little disorganization that was perceived at the base precisely because it characterizes the place and the simple and genuine people. The food was really good, excellent quality kebabs, excellent bruschetta, really competitive price. In short, for those who don't have too many demands, for those who love simplicity and good taste, it will be the right place! The two of us spent 37 euros and left rolling!

27/05/2025: We were for the first time in this beautiful restaurant invited for a communion. Excellent service, the food is spectacular, both for the quality and for the care of the dishes. Everyone is very kind. We will definitely return very soon.

The service is impeccable: the waiters are incredibly kind and friendly, always smiling and attentive, capable of making you feel pampered from start to finish. It's not just about professionalism, but about true, genuine hospitality that makes the difference. And then the food... a Roman poem! We tasted some exceptional first courses, prepared with skill and passion: every bite was a dive into tradition, with rich and authentic flavours. Homemade pasta, fresh ingredients, generous portions — everything perfect. It is often said that it is the best restaurant in the country, but for us it is much more: it is an experience, an embrace, a piece of history. Highly recommended, with all my heart. We are waiting for you in Monopoli
