The place is very small and basic, but that's where the flaws end. Excellent traditional Lazio food, very well cooked and made with quality ingredients. The appetizers are varied, including cold cuts, cheeses, tripe, liver, and chickpeas. The half-portion is generous. They also bring two tastings with the half-portion. I had ricotta and spinach ravioli with tomato sauce. To finish, homemade baked goods. Everything was excellent, and I'll definitely return. Kudos to Rosy, but also to the village of Capranica, which is worth a visit.

What can I say? You really don't find places like this anymore. Mrs. Rosy is truly friendly and the food is special. An honorable mention goes to the tripe, which tasted like amatriciana. Even a simple dish like chickpeas makes you say WOW!
I highly recommend calling to reserve. The place is a bit small and very popular, so make sure you book, but definitely go.

Everything was delicious!! The lady is very, very kind, the ingredients are excellent, the food is very well prepared and delicious. Whenever I travel to Italy, I go with my husband. You have to book in advance because the place gets crowded.

Very small but familiar place, it feels like home. Reservations are required well in advance, everything is very rustic and tasty and the owners are very friendly. Everything is very good, the only flaws are that the arrosticini didn't seem like lamb to me and there was no chance to order dessert, I don't know if because they ran out or because they are not available. Excellent value for money.
