A real discovery!
I had a wonderful meal at Taverna Hieronymus. The cuisine is authentic and traditional, with generous portions and authentic flavors. The appetizers are rich and varied, and the first courses (cacio e pepe with guanciale is top notch!) are made with fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is warm and family-friendly, thanks in part to the owner, Rosy, who is incredibly kind and passionate. The prices are more than fair, especially considering the quality and quantity of the food.
I highly recommend booking because seating is limited and in high demand.
An experience worth the trip to Capranica Prenestina!

I was sent to this fantastic little village where we had lunch at the Hieronymus tavern of Rosy who delighted us with her exquisite cuisine, made of quality and courtesy that go hand in hand. Anna is also kind and courteous, there is a great team and you feel like part of the family ❤️ .
