A good option for trying Sicilian food. The staff's attention is outstanding. Recommended. We ordered the platter for two and a bottle of wine, and spent 60 euros.

The bread was perfect, as were the generous toppings. Even though we were passing through without a reservation, they served us quickly.
The service was friendly and explained the wide selection of breads. The atmosphere was very welcoming, as were the waiters. The price was very fair, the rest is the beauty of Ortigia...

I've been wanting to have lunch at this tavern for a while, and today we ordered a double platter. The photo doesn't do justice to the quality of the products, from the pecorino to the buffalo mozzarella, the breaded and grilled vegetables, homemade mortadella, caponata with a twist, and so much more.
Highly recommended.

We booked a table for five in the afternoon. The staff were very friendly, even though the place is very small and doesn't have large tables. They pushed two small tables together to accommodate us inside. The food was very good, homemade. We ordered two platters, a half-liter of wine by the glass, and water, and spent €95.

I returned here after four years and the quality hasn't changed. Everything is excellent and highly recommended if you really want to experience almost all of Sicily in one dish. I recommend making a reservation, and it's definitely worth it.

Un pelo fuori dal caos della passeggiata sul lungo mare, si trova questa taverna accogliente.
Il menù offre una serie di antipasti molto invitanti e per tutte le esigenze. Da vassoi con assaggi di preparazioni locali, all'arancina per chi vuole stuzzicare una prelibatezza senza perdere troppo tempo. Ottima la qualità dei prodotti.

SIAMO STATE TRATTATE DA RE E REGINE!...complice il periodo "morto" e quindi nel locale eravamo da sole...vuoi che praticamente lo abbiamo riempito noi con il nostro tavolo da 10...
Sta di fatto che abbiamo mangiato BENISSIMO, tipico siciliano, coccolate dal proprietario e dalle ragazze...e mangiato allo sfinimento! CONSIGLIATISSIMO
