We had been a few years ago and had wonderful memories, but honestly, given how the vegan market has evolved in terms of products and flavors, we expected a little better. The pinsa dough is absolutely super delicious, in our opinion the selection of ingredients could be improved (veg mozzarella, cheeses, and substitutes).
However, we give 5 stars because we think that if the choice of ingredients is improved, this place could remain a place to visit more often.
Online prices. We will be back!

We had a very good time, we took classic dishes and the pinsa, all good. Very good baked ice cream, I had never tried it. Attentive and helpful service. Satisfied. We will definitely be back to try other dishes.

I've been having lunch and dinner in this place for years with the people closest to me and I've always had a great time! I recommend the pinsa which is always delicious. There is also the possibility of eating vegan.

Finally even those who are vegetarian (like me) or vegan can go out for dinner and enjoy a variety of dishes rather than being forced to make a forced choice. The service is not very fast but it is friendly, made by passionate people who can be seen to care about their customers and making sure they have a pleasant evening. Simple atmosphere and excellent food. I will definitely go back

Serata pinsa.. a casa. Ordinare tre pinse da mangiare comodamente casa, per fare una cenetta tranquilla. Il servizio è stato gentile e puntuale, e le pinse una più buona dell'altra. Certo, non è quella che si mangia a Roma, ma qui a Novara è difficile trovare una pinsa così buona. Bravi!!
