The first courses were tooooop, the crescia and cold cuts were very good, the grilled meat was a bit dry!!!

The service is friendly, which I really like, but others might not: too bad for them. The setting is spectacular, being carved partly out of the excavated rock. There's nothing to complain about the food: well-made and in good quantity.

Taverna della Rocca is located in the hamlet of Castello, on a hill overlooking a vast, sweeping landscape. The home-cooked cuisine features traditional dishes. The tagliatelle, made with hand-rolled pasta, is a must-try. The roasts and grilled meats, cooked in the large fireplace that dominates the restaurant, are also excellent.

A place I recommend to everyone. When we get the chance, we return 3-4 times a year. The place is fabulous, the restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. We've always been treated well, and I send a big THANK YOU.
