Beautiful tavern in the village of San Savino. Cuisine with top quality ingredients. I recommend the cheese starter, the bruschetta. The pasta with garlic sauce and cheese and pepper are excellent. Good red house wine. Kindness and courtesy of the landlady and her son.

Very nice, Beautiful and cosy restaurant with delicious food and a very friendly staff, I ordered bruschetta as an antipasti and meatballs as a main dish, both of which were super tasty, highly recommended :)

We had lunch in the tavern. The food was good. The service and ambience are also positive. The Primi Piatti were really puny. 7 small ravioli are really too economical for these prices.

We went for lunch today. We ate outside. Congratulations we truly ate very well starting from the appetizer, proceeding with a first course, second course up to the dessert. All very good, Congratulations!!! We will be back soon!!

Locanda al Castello di Sorci

15/05/2025: I returned to this restaurant a month ago, blind, after twenty years. The tables in the ground floor restaurant were dirty and a bumblebee was flying around, very serious due to the risk of potentially allergic customers. I pointed this out to the waitress who laughingly took me up to the floor above. The view was wonderful, shame about the dirty windows that didn't allow us to take a picture of the panorama. The menu was expensive, I asked for a side dish of meadow herbs but they brought me boiled spinach. For the first time, my partner left the tagliolini behind. I'm sorry to have to be so direct but given the prices, honesty must be respected. It's a shame because the place is spectacular and it would take very little to bring it to worthy levels.
10/05/2025: Very beautiful and historic place, excellent food at fair prices. Large outdoor garden.
