Taverna del Postiglione In Bologna

Every time I go to Bologna, I visit this restaurant. The food is delicious, and the team is wonderful, always very professional and pleasant. A centrally located restaurant worth visiting if you're in Bologna.

Delicious dishes, excellent service

We went there for New Year's Eve, the food was pretty good, but I was hoping for better! Nice place.

Nice and comfortable atmosphere. Good service and friendly, polite staff. The tagliatelle were good, but I preferred the tagliatelle from another place. The cotoletta alla bolognese definitely deserves a special mention!!! Delicious. The zuppa inglese, too.

We stopped into one of the stores close by and the worker recommended this restaurant. It did not disappoint!! The food and service were impeccable. They brought my kids food out with our antipasto which was nice so they didn’t have to wait long. Everything we ordered was delicious and everyone enjoyed their meals. Our server also spoke English which was helpful.

Beautiful traditional place. The staff was very kind and willing to serve us. The dishes were very tasty and the quantity was enough. At the end they also treated us to cookies. We ate very well, it is a very good choice for food in Bologna.

We visited this restaurant a while ago. The restaurant is located right in the city center, in a truly splendid location. Inside, the ambiance is antique but well-maintained, with a classic and elegant table setting, in keeping with the restaurant's style. The service was adequate and discreet, present without being intrusive. As for the food, the experience was average: the dishes were adequate, not bad, but not particularly good or memorable either. The ricotta, butter, and sage tortelloni were very classic, without any particular flair, while the tagliata was decent but not exceptional, probably due to the quality of the meat being better. The quality-price ratio is fair for what's offered, especially considering the restaurant's central location. In conclusion, a pleasant restaurant for its ambiance and location, but with simple and standard cuisine, suitable for those not looking for anything special.
