We return to this restaurant every time we go to Stresa for lunch or dinner, sometimes it is not possible to find a place as the offer of both the restaurant and the pizzeria is very good, so it is better to book. Yesterday we were in the open part but still effectively heated by gas mushrooms, I had the calzone the parrot on a trip, excellent! Wife and daughter also really enjoyed the food. The service is fast and courteous.

Relatively small environment, which is a good thing. Dishes prepared with care, varied menu, different pizzas, classic but also special. Good dough. Fair prices and friendly staff. We found it open at the end of November with many customers, it is advisable to book.

In a town like Stresa where you live more on appearance than substance... La Taverna del parrot stands out for its honest, pleasant and tasty cuisine, not dishes where you pay for the garnish sold as "an experience" but dishes where you find something to eat :) I recommend both the tagliatelle and the Milanese to NON-vegetarians... we will definitely return to try their other proposals

Amazing !!! What a great discovery this restaurant is. Very pleasant place and impeccable service with very friendly waiters. The dishes are excellent. The seafood pizza is delicious, a crispy and soft crust at the same time with a tasty topping. The pasta dishes are not left out!!! The cheese-filled fiocchetti with pieces of pear accompanied by a sage butter sauce and a touch of a Barolo reduction was a nice surprise. The desserts and in particular the floating island were a pure treat. Thank you to Taverna del Pappagallo for offering an explosion of flavors!!!😋

We came without a reservation, and thank God we found a place. The place is cozy and clean. To be honest, the food is delicious. The pizza was absolutely delicious 😍 Even their treatment is very courteous 🥰

They found a place for us even though the place was full. We entered with the dog, the waiter kindly offered him a biscuit while waiting for our orders.

Vi kom næsten 20 mennesker uden bordreservation, og de lavede et stort bord til os hvor vi alle kunne side sammen. Maden var fantastisk, og maden kom hurtigt. Bravo 👏👏👏.
