It's best to make a reservation in advance because it gets busy. We arrived without a reservation, but they were still nice and offered us a table for an hour. The food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff. A table for two was available immediately without a reservation. Bruschetta was a starter, and it was very tasty! We then had pasta and pizza, which were also very good. The ambiance in the winter garden is very beautiful and unique, so we highly recommend getting a seat there.

Great restaurant, amazing atmosphere, GREAT FOOD ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The restaurant is tucked away in one of the beautiful narrow streets of Stresa. It is worth seeking it out because you will be delighted with the visit and the food. We had a pizza, the edges are stuffed with cheese 😍 great 👍

We went here for our anniversary. We had a lovely meal and although very busy the atmosphere was good. I need gluten free food, not much choice for mains however the choice was lasagne - result! A real Italian lasagne, delicious! The waiter was brilliant and he sorted out a sharing starter we could both eat and a lovely dessert. This restaurant is busy and they were turning people away at start of evening service so I would really recommend booking.

21/10/2025: Beautiful restaurant, fantastic staff, and delicious food. As soon as you walk in, you'll be greeted by the scent of home. Traditional dishes, MADE WELL! The service was like that of a luxury restaurant; the waitress was meticulous and attentive to each table. For example, one napkin was stained with wine, and she promptly brought a clean one without asking. The owners were fantastic and sweet! It was a wonderful discovery, and I'll gladly return! Thank you so much for providing us with a wonderful and delicious lunch.

15/10/2025: We had dinner and had a truly wonderful time with all the courses...the carbonara was an A+ and the sliced ​​steak with porcini mushrooms was spectacular, not to mention the homemade desserts. I tried the tiramisu, it was amazing! It was all accompanied by an excellent Cannonau wine, excellent value for money. To finish, we drank local gentian, which is very rare to find, and the myrtle too...the owners were very kind, friendly, and welcoming.
20/09/2025: Very nice and historic location. Family-run restaurant and very good food. Super friendly and friendly staff. See you next time :)
