the food was excellent, especially the starters. We had an encore of first courses with porcini mushroom crescents and maccheroncini with wild boar ragout and tigelle. We had a very good time, if not for the wait which was quite long, over an hour. We understand that it was a busy weekend for the hill, but for this very reason it is not possible to have just one waitress in the whole place

Organized a lunch with a group of colleagues (with a menu agreed a few days before the lunch); the menu was aligned with expectations and some dishes turned out really good: the crescents with porcini mushrooms and the stewed wild boar are worth it. Even the rest of the courses (candy with speck and rocket, mixed grill; side dish of baked potatoes) were very good and had the right portions (perhaps the first course could have been a little more pasta, but that's fine); excellent desserts. Price in line with the quality and quantity of the products. Friendly staff and punctual service. Congratulations and see you soon

First time at the village tavern and we will definitely return. The encore of first courses was excellent and the second courses (somarino stew and stewed wild boar) were fantastic. Excellent experience 👌

Delightful little restaurant and village. The first run by "mater et fili" with excellent cuisine, dishes with the flavors of the past, delicate and/or tasty at the right point... a wonderful discovery! The almost 1000 year old village is extremely well maintained, all tidy even if it gives the impression of being sparsely inhabited. Anyway, an "eco and gastro museum" passage to be repeated and recommended.

22/10/2024: Ristorante in centro ma fuori dalla folla turistica. Ambiente raffinato e silenzioso. Veramente particolare il menù, con proposte interessanti. Ottima qualità delle materie. Servizio adeguato al tipo di ristorante. Da ripetere
30/08/2024: Beautiful location, very well looked after. Menu with a good number of courses. I had a Bolognese cutlet which I really liked, even if the ham and cheese separated too much from the meat. The baked potatoes, however, were delicious. I liked the dessert (not on the menu, a scoop of fior di latte on a crumble of dried fruit and peaches). Very fast service and very friendly wait staff. Prices not too cheap.
