Very quiet and panoramic place. Typical local cuisine well prepared and well presented. The owner is kind, patient, approachable. We ate very well. Both the first courses and the second courses and also the desserts. To be recommended without a doubt.

A gem is the village of Castelletto di Serravalle, a perfectly preserved medieval village, and, perfectly set in the context, the Tavern. The interiors are rustic, welcoming and pleasantly retro, the food is typical of the Modena Apennines, good and nutritious, it does not disappoint in taste and portions. The service was friendly but professional. It's worth the trip.

the food was excellent, especially the starters. We had an encore of first courses with porcini mushroom crescents and maccheroncini with wild boar ragout and tigelle. We had a very good time, if not for the wait which was quite long, over an hour. We understand that it was a busy weekend for the hill, but for this very reason it is not possible to have just one waitress in the whole place

Organized a lunch with a group of colleagues (with a menu agreed a few days before the lunch); the menu was aligned with expectations and some dishes turned out really good: the crescents with porcini mushrooms and the stewed wild boar are worth it. Even the rest of the courses (candy with speck and rocket, mixed grill; side dish of baked potatoes) were very good and had the right portions (perhaps the first course could have been a little more pasta, but that's fine); excellent desserts. Price in line with the quality and quantity of the products. Friendly staff and punctual service. Congratulations and see you soon

Una bellissima scoperta! Festeggiato compleanno in famiglia in modo davvero piacevole. La location davvero splendida sembra di fare un salto indietro nel tempo... attorno le bellissime colline ed i colori autunnali, rendono tutto ancora più magico. Il cibo è a dir poco ottimo!I primi sono davvero davvero buoni e tutto rigorosamente fresco e lavorato a mano. Buone anche le tigelle, gli affettati, il vino ecc...Complimenti! Ma soprattutto un GRAZIE ai gentili proprietari e al personale davvero disponibile e cordiale. Consigliato a pieni voti.

dopo lo entusiasmanti recensioni,abbiamo deciso di provare la Taverna del Borgo, locale bello,ti porta indietro nel tempo,della vecchia trattoria,il pranzo è stato buono,niente di eccezionale,primi e secondi nella media,un'attesa lunga dopo il secondo ,forse dovuto ad una sola persona in sala, comunque si mangia bene,questo è l'importante.
