The starters are a bit poor considering the price, but the first courses are excellent and the waitresses do their best to serve you in the best possible way... they lack experience.

I was there last Sunday for the Iron Maiden concert in Padua. There were five of us. The bigoli alla carbonara was excellent and we had a great time.

Bigoli very good, homemade pasta, friendly staff and very bright and clean environment… only flaw, on the menu the bigoli were 10€, on the bill 12€… it's not for the two euros, but you have to be transparent!

I have been to Taverna del Borgo in Cittadella and I was really satisfied. The bigoli are the highlight of the menu, prepared with many different sauces, all delicious and abundant. The wine is quality and perfectly accompanies the dishes. The environment is welcoming and the staff very kind and helpful, always ready to recommend the best pairing between dishes and wines. An ideal place for those who want to enjoy traditional Venetian cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely be back! Highly recommended!
