La Taverna dei sapori represents a point of reference for the province of Parma for its mainly meat-based cuisine. The restaurant is very spacious with the possibility of eating outside and inside. Our journey began with a mix of culatello, culaccia and prosciutto crudo, and a mix of cheeses; the appetizers were absolutely promoted. The journey continued with two different cuts of meat, very good but the low temperature of the meat should be noted. Average price, considering an expense of about 50/60 euros per person with wine included.

07/10/2025: The place would be pleasant if it weren't for the consistently high room temperature; chaotic service (the last pizza was served after the first served had already finished), but the pizzas were exceptional. The wine (and they were out of two of the wines on the menu), desserts, and spirits were mediocre. Update 2025: slow and haphazard service; no one came to the table for 45 minutes; the pizza dough has deteriorated.

26/10/2025: Welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Very kind and helpful staff. Truly delicious food. Seasonal menu featuring pumpkin, mushrooms, and truffles. The suckling pig was incredibly tender. Vegetarian options are also available. The only drawback: €7 for a slice of cake. Very good, but perhaps expensive... the rest is in line with the quality of the food offered. We'll definitely be back.
16/10/2025: The only flaw is that the stretch of road leading to the restaurant is full of potholes and can easily be touched by low vehicles.
