Storico locale di Pinerolo, ora ristrutturato con impronta moderna e accogliente. Cucina di alto livello, offre proposte della tradizione con interessanti aperture alla cucina di mare. Carta dei vini adeguata. Servizio attento e cordiale.

MY RATINGS: RESERVATION: I entered without a reservation and was immediately welcomed. PARKING: unattended outdoor parking. ARRIVAL AT LOCATION: / FOOD: very good and elegant, the olive oil was excellent, the food doses were a little modest but of a high standard. SERVICE: very kind but not too much. LOCATION: very beautiful but not eager. BILL: very high for what I ate but normal for a renowned and elegant restaurant like this! DIGESTIVE OFFERED? No MY PROS: location, food and location. MY CONS: bill, food doses, waiter staff. I ADVISE? 7/10

Buona la cucina, alcuni piatti mancava forse un po’ di sapidità, il secondo di pesce ottimo, il prezzo coerente con quello che ho mangiato il servizio curato anche se non attentissimo, il locale piccolo ma ben curato (il bagno spettacolare) unica pecca l’insonorizzazione, il vocio dei tavoli accanto un po’ da fastidio.

Elegant environment, barely perceptible background music, so that it gives relaxation and does not drown out conversations, a few tables positioned far enough apart to maintain privacy, each dish prepared with care and taste. I recommend the menu to be able to taste more dishes of typical Piedmontese cuisine. Wardrobe available to customers and a backrest bouncer for us so that there is room for her too. Will return next visit to Pinerolo

17/07/2024: Very good pizza, light and digestible, I thought it best to take one with spicy, thank goodness that when we went out there was the San Antonio fountain within reach, light and very fresh water, however, apart from the sarcasm, I recommend trying it, it's excellent The staff is also kind, the only flaw is that it is only open in the evening from 7.00 pm UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE TO LET THOSE INTERESTED IN THE PIZZERIA KNOW THAT THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TASTE ANYTHING SINCE IT IS CLOSED DUE TO THE DEATH OF AN OWNER, (I HAVE KNOWN OF THE SAD NEWS ON 14 July 2024) THE OPENING IS HOPEFULLY AS SOON. CONDOLENCES TO THE FAMILY.
01/07/2024: We only came for the vino. Great service, excellent wine even outside on the bench
