You eat divinely, you pay the right price, in short everything you could want. When there are a lot of people the service is a little slower but it's really worth it. Some dishes are truly incredible, the scrambled egg with truffle, the sagnette with ricotta, bacon and pepper, or the simple aubergines as an appetizer or the mushrooms in the salad. All accompanied by excellent wines. And then the country is really beautiful!

Pacentro is wonderful and for those coming from outside Abruzzo the stop is obligatory...
Once in town I highly recommend having lunch here... the dishes are taken care of down to the smallest detail and are truly excellent and if you eat in the room with the glass window you can also enjoy an excellent view.
Good wine list.

We came from Pescina to visit the De li Caldora restaurant in Pacentro, and we had a great time! Everything was perfect: from the service, to the food, to the courtesy and kindness of the owner.
The appetizers were delicious and unique, offering a variety of flavors that immediately won us over. It was a real pleasure to find typical Abruzzo products present in every course, enhanced with care and attention.
From the first bite to the last, from the starter to the dessert, everything was excellent. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to taste true Abruzzo cuisine in a welcoming and genuine environment.

Siamo tornati dopo qualche tempo in questo ristorante nel centro di Pacentro e ancora una volta siamo stati ottimamente. Qualità sempre al top... Ottimo l'antipasto minimo per due persone con pietanze fredde e calde al quale si può aggiungere un antipasto a scelta....abbiamo optato per gli straccetti di agnello... Veramente buonissimi. Prezzo medio alto... Ma qui almeno si è sicuri di mangiare bene e soddisfatti.
