Roast lamb is good! But a historic restaurant like this, so award-winning and renowned, can't maintain its reputation with roast lamb... That's what you eat in every tavern in Abruzzo anyway! And the rest of the menu? Better to forget it... Chef Cannavacciuolo is definitely needed here.

I had the pleasure of enjoying lunch on Ferragosto! Impeccable set menu, attentive and fast staff. Beautiful atmosphere, and an excellent owner. I recommend it to everyone; it's truly worth it.

Simply the restaurant with the best quality/price ratio in Abruzzo, offering traditional dishes with a modern twist, using local ingredients. This historic restaurant is located in the historic center of Pacentro, just steps from the castle of the same name. The staff are friendly and the manager has extensive experience in the industry. I return every year, even more than once, and it never disappoints! Highly recommended!

Este es uno de los mejores restaurantes de Abruzos. La comida es simplemente genial, la ubicación es una cueva llena de documentos históricos e imágenes sobre Gabriele D’Annunzio. Carmine, el propietario, te entretendrá con anécdotas sobre la historia que completarán la experiencia. Es imprescindible si estás visitando el bonito borgo de Pacentro

22/08/2025: On our way back on August 15th, we decided to stop by Guerrinuccio for dinner without a reservation; they seated us. We had a mixed antipasto (without pork) with beef and truffle carpaccio, cheese, and vegetables, a truly excellent wild boar pappardelle, and a grilled steak cooked to perfection, medium rare. Everything was excellent, and the prices were average. Every time we come back, it's a regular stop for us! Always excellent!
19/08/2025: We had lunch on August 15th. The restaurant has several rooms and plenty of outdoor seating, spread across several buildings but with a striking visual impact. It's very beautiful and well-maintained. The set menu offers a wide selection of first and second courses, and we ate well. There were a few hiccups, but that doesn't affect the review. It was August 15th, with several hundred people at lunch. The location is excellent, practically along the access road to the center. There's ample parking, and it also has a swimming pool.

06/10/2025: Traditional Abruzzo dishes, all tasty, well-cooked, and absolutely fair prices. Quick and efficient service. The dining room is beautiful, well-decorated, and has a great atmosphere. Highly recommended!
05/10/2025: A fantastic experience at this very rustic restaurant in Civitella Alfedena. It used to be a stable and was later converted into a restaurant. The food is good value for money, and the quality is excellent. Highly recommended.
