Truly a great experience! Refined place with great attention to detail. Menu that ranges from typical local dishes, all decidedly exquisite. High quality raw materials and excellent food preparation. Impeccable service, very kind owner.

Livornesi in Ravenna for leisure, we wanted to try the restaurants seen in an episode of Borghese. We started from Al Cairoli, lunch. Meanwhile....Attilio is as seen on TV: a person of exemplary education! We thank him again now for the attention he dedicated to us, we felt at ease right away. Tried a bit of everything to taste typical products but with some twists. The fried cappelletti are excellent, both as an appetizer and as a dessert. My wife really enjoyed the tortellini on parmesan cream and the dessert, with a literally sublime homemade Rocher! Good continuation Attilio and thanks again!

Place with few tables but welcoming and well furnished. Quality raw materials and revisited traditional cuisine. Wide selection of wines. Good value for money. Very kind staff. To be recommended.

10/03/2025: The place is very welcoming, you can sense that it has undergone a recent restyling or is really new. The service, provided by the two guys, was immediately friendly and present throughout the entire evening. So let's start from the menu, that is, I would insert the various specifications of the courses as it was difficult for us to remember all the various information said and then obviously repeated by the very helpful host. Then the food, we took a fried mix, good but it was finished in a second... Then a hot coccetto consisting of one stew in my opinion too frayed immersed in the sauce but also good in the end. Instead in a first course with pumpkin cream and crispy bacon I would have added more bacon both to increase the flavor and the flavor of the dish itself, also regular portion. Finally the rib-eye served as a cut was the winning dish... However I would recommend this place "PER DINCI BACCO"

Antica Trattoria Del Ragno

16/03/2025: Excellent trattoria near Tivoli, we ate a succulent steak with roast potatoes, sausage and chicory. Everything was good, even the crumbled bread. Parking bonus. Correct account.
11/03/2025: After a morning of work in Tivoli do we want meat?? Promptly our. trusted advisor in the area tells me, but have I never taken you to Ragno? As long as it's not golden like the other restaurant, we'll go there with confidence! The location is a bit country in the rural sense of the time, deliberately left with that ancient and beautiful flavour A nice wood oven for the evening, too bad, a nice focaccia is always good and a nice fireplace for the embers The rooms are large and the mise en place is sober At the entrance you can clearly see the fridge for maturing with some nice large cuts, we sit down and the menu arrives, very varied, but we focus on the meat Angus in 3 different variations: Dry aged beef or scottona Irish log black angus USA cooked medium rare, we don't recommend it rare perhaps due to the type of maturation cooked vegetables, sour chicory and sautéed broccoli We have some ham and mozzarella brought to us while waiting for cooking, the raw ham is excellent, but the mozzarella is less so then come the side dishes and followed by a nice round cast iron on which the various cuts we have chosen are already portioned out, each in 3 pieces I see on the wine list a prestigious Dama di Marramiero, a great Montepulciano d'Abruzzo whose cellar I know personally having been there several times and we begin the tasting the meats are truly remarkable, cooked very, very well and the excellently made peasant knife does its job we made an excellent choice which ended with desserts, including ricotta and pear cake, crumbled berry cake and Catalan cream, coffee and bitters we had a really good time, congratulations indeed and to the next one!
