26/07/2025: Excellent steaks, mixed platters, fries, salads, and sandwiches with all sorts of flavors. The food is good. The draft beer is good, but they only have one lager. The service is friendly and attentive. The space isn't huge, but it's informal, and for the service they provide, it's more than adequate. Reservations are recommended. Fair prices.

23/07/2025: During a casual evening in Monserrato, we decided to try Paradise Sandwich, inspired by the good reviews. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with modern furnishings that hint at gourmet street food. The young, smiling staff were immediately helpful. We ordered a tagliata (a thin, juicy steak) that arrived perfectly cooked—a pink, juicy center—placed on a bed of fresh arugula and shaved parmesan cheese, creating a balanced blend of flavors: the delicate greenness of the arugula tempers the bold flavor of the meat. A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a few drops of balsamic vinegar glaze made the dish even more refined. A side of seasonal vegetables—eggplant, zucchini, and peppers—arrived perfectly tender, with those grill marks lending a subtle smoky flavor. The simple and essential marinade brought out the natural sweetness of the vegetables without overpowering their freshness. To top off the meal, we sampled the panna cotta, which was silky smooth, with just a hint of vanilla—excellent!!!
