We went to eat two evenings in a row and we will have gone the third too but there are closing days. We ate outdoors in the garden, it was nice as the days were very hot in this period, the food was truly excellent, home-made and plentiful. The family that runs the place is simple and exquisite. Highly recommended

stile taverna, è il posto giusto per chi vuole mangiare cose genuine, nelle giuste quantità, cucinate come la tradizione vuole. Non sono abruzzese, ma da buon campano, so riconoscere la bontà dei piatti di una volta. Ottimo ed abbondante l'antipasto, con una ricca scelti di formaggi (eccezionale il pecorino di Farindola) ed i salumi (tra tutti, il prosciutto tagliato a mano). Pizzonta, bruschette, melenzane in agrodolce ... insomma: già l'inizio è stato stellare. Venendo ai primi, abbiamo mangiato un'ottima mugnaia ed una boscaiola con i funghi, molto ma molto buona (vi raccomando quest'ultima). Ottimi anche i ravioli. Pasta rigorosamente fatta in casa. satolli come eravamo, abbiamo assaggiato un poco di baccalà fritto (anche questo molto buono) e ci siamo ripromessi di ritornare, per assaggiare il menù di baccalà. Spazio nella pancia per i secondi non ce n'era. Un dolcino, un amaro e via. Siamo tornati anche la settimana successiva, ed il sequel è stato degno della parte prima (e già questo è degno di nota). Prezzi onestissimi. Io sicuramente tornerò. Ve lo consiglio.

We went to eat two evenings in a row. Typically family place, slightly vintage furnishings, but the food was truly excellent and made with passion. We ate typical local dishes that were rich and genuine, and above all the quality/price ratio was very good. At the end of dinner the owner came to ask if everything was okay and chatted with us, a truly delightful person.

We were lucky enough to accidentally come across this restaurant where we were fascinated by the excellent and plentiful food and the kindness of the restaurateurs. Amazing price

If you want the Abruzzo of Teramo at the table you have to come here, the environment is not at the top... but the dishes are spectacular. Last night gnocchi (surgitt) tripe... mmmmm, wine, gentian water, very generous and delicious portions for €10... .what more should you look for?

Locale rustico, stile anni '80 che permette di fare un tuffo nel passato, portandoti nelle case di quegli anni permettendo di immergerti nei pranzi di famiglia di una volta con piatti deliziosi e porzioni abbondati a un prezzo onestissimo. Assolutamente consigliato per chi non ama il gourmet e lo chic.

A great mastery, Mr. Carmine together with his family, in managing a restaurant in these areas of the hinterland. The environment is always clean, the service professional and the cuisine very good. I went for the pizza and I must say that first of all the quality/price ratio is excellent (elsewhere you pay more for a product that is sometimes of lesser quality) but also that the topping is always fresh and above all very rich (unlike other places... ). The feeling of "home" you get when the chef comes out to find out how we found ourselves in his restaurant and have a chat with us is also pleasant. Really easy going but very professional people and excellent cuisine.

17/11/2024: Questo è uno dei posti che ci vai cento volte ed ogni volta ti sembra di mangiare meglio rispetto la volta precedente. Qui regnano sovrani gli arrosticini che sono i migliori da noi mai mangiati. Ripeto i migliori in assoluto. Consiglio questo posto a tutti, amici hanno apprezzato il consiglio e mi hanno ringraziato.
15/11/2024: THE kebabs. If you come to Abruzzo you can't help but try them. Highly recommended, the atmosphere is very tavern-like, warm and familiar, the service easy and friendly.

02/08/2024: Fantastic experience! I don't know how to describe it other than fantastic, I had never been to a vegetarian/vegan restaurant and I admit with great satisfaction that I will more than willingly go back to spend another very pleasant evening. We were delighted with an appetizer consisting of seasonal vegetable fritters with sauces made by them (vegan mayo and sweet and sour sauce), focaccia in segments with roasted aubergines, veg mayo, peanuts, spring onion and fresh ginger, nothing short of spacey and in fact highly recommended, and courgette flowers fried. For first courses we chose noodles with sautéed oriental-flavoured vegetables and sesame seeds and potato gnocchi with datterini sauce, friggitelli, stracciata and crunchy crumbs flavored with garlic, oil and chilli. The gnocchi were a little too soft for my taste but they didn't stick to the teeth and were therefore fully enjoyable. And a first of the day of which unfortunately I don't remember the description but it can be seen in the photo. For second courses we focused on courgette meatballs with marinated cabbage, white bean hummus and dried fruit crunch and the second course on the menu of the day, a slice of mushrooms with marrocca (as you can see in the photo). To conclude with a cup with caramel whipped cream and salted peanut crunch. Choice of wine entrusted to the waiter's advice but still a wine list with a more than satisfactory choice. Bread produced by them and also varied between focaccia, walnut bread, olive bread, wholemeal bread and so on! There were 5 of us at the table and we all left super satisfied both for the quantity but above all for the quality of the food eaten, if we really want to find a flaw the waiting times are a little above average but the place was full so I'm sure that in a calmer situation you are calmly on schedule. The presence of a menu of the day is excellent for those who perhaps prefer to break away from the à la carte menu which, however, as you can see from the photo, offers more than satisfactory choices. In short, many compliments on the cuisine and the service and a great desire to come back and try the rest!
01/08/2024: Wide range of all vegan dishes with good combinations of selected and fresh ingredients and careful and non-trivial execution! Very kind, friendly and helpful staff, cozy but not noisy environment, tastefully furnished by mixing very different furnishing elements. Price more than fair for the quality and imagination offered. Really good, to be rewarded!!! 💖 The only flaw is the poor cooling of the small room at the entrance which is affected by the heat of the adjacent kitchen: ask to be seated in the second room where the temperature is perfect!
