Our favorite restaurant in Rome! Fantastic food. Excellent and knowledgable service. An elegant, yet welcoming atmosphere. If you are looking for delicious gourmet food, with a focus on local ingredients and unusual flavor combinations, this is a terrific choice at a very reasonable price.

Restaurant near the Basilica of San Paolo, in a context of the very center of Rome, offers gourmet cuisine and research with various tasting itineraries, well-stocked wine shop. Minimal dishes with delicate aromas, good quality price, we were very satisfied. Many surprises in the tasting.

We had an absolutely wonderful lunch at this hidden gem just steps from the Vatican. From the moment we arrived, the warm and flawless welcome made us feel at home. The menu is small, which we loved, it’s a sign of a chef who focuses on quality and creativity rather than quantity. Each dish was beautifully crafted, full of unexpected flavor combinations and originality. The culinary journey was filled with surprises: we were treated to a variety of appetizers, including some we hadn’t even ordered, and each bite was more exciting than the last. We also received a refreshing apple basil sorbet and delightful sweet bites at the end of the meal that were both surprising and delicious. I truly recommend this place to anyone looking for something special in Rome. A true 10/10.

A refined place, with an intimate and romantic atmosphere. Impeccable service: kind, friendly and professional staff in explaining each course. Dishes that are not banal and very original in their combinations (the cappelletti with mussels, coffee and rabbit are truly surprising). The amuse-bouche, the pre-dessert and the small final pastry, kindly offered by the chef, were very welcome. The price is right for the quality and the experience. Definitely worth a try.

No venga aquí si está buscando cantidad. La calidad e inventiva de la comida es digna de una estrella Michelin. Teníamos el menú degustación de 5 platos, comida más que suficiente. Destacaron el cuello de cerdo, el plato de pasta y el puré de patatas. Francesco, nuestro servidor, era atractivo y entretenido. Es una lástima que un restaurante de esta alta calidad estuviera vacío cuando tantos lugares mediocres estaban llenos.

Un repas fantastique, plein d'invention et d'une exécution et conception parfaite. Le premier plat fut très insolite mais délicieux: Marinated pigeon with alnoustines. Le second plat d'esturgeon super. Ce n'est pas un poisson que l'on voit tous les jours! Mais n'ayez pas du tout peur si tout cela vous semble trop exotique car il y a des plats qui ne feeraient peur à personne! N'oubliez pas les fromages qui sortent de l'ordinaire, affiné par un expert qui les aromatise. Le pain est au levain et exquis. Les vins très bien choisis et d'un prix plus que corrects, les vins de dessert aussi: une grappa barrique et un moscato. La fourchette en fait des promotions mais je me sentais presque coupable de payer moins pour un festin préparé par un chef fantastique, servi par une équipe hors pair. Très jolie salle.
