My partner and I visited this charming tavern. Elegant, clean, and with very friendly staff, we immediately felt at ease.
The chef made us dream. I'm posting some photos of the dishes; I honestly don't remember the names, but the menu is here.
To welcome us, they offered us a glass of prosecco with appetizers made by the chef with a truly unique potato foam. An explosion of flavors.
We will definitely be back, and thank you for this wonderful experience.

The food was beautiful and delicious! The chef’s breadsticks and small bites were delightful. Service was impeccable. The Sommelier was very knowledgeable and suggested excellent wines to enhance our meal. I would highly recommend a visit.

A gourmet delight. Let yourself be guided by the 6-piece "surprise" menu. Refined and elegant. A true treat. The service is professional and passionate. The head waiter speaks perfect French, which is very helpful for describing the dishes.

One of the best restaurants I know in Rome. Gourmet and inventive cuisine. The menu is short but changes regularly: I've never eaten the same thing twice. Francesco's wine recommendations are always spot-on. Kudos to Chef Luca and the entire team.

We had a Christmas Day tasting menu and it was perhaps the finest meal I have ever had. The experience was amazing. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The wine pairings were generous and well thought out. The dishes were creative and well proportioned. I urge you to try it.

A wonderful discovery.
We spent the evening of December 31st with them, choosing the New Year's Eve menu.
A gourmet restaurant, with innovative cuisine yet respectful of tradition and the local area; you can feel the chef's touch, his origins and roots. The extensive and refined cellar is lovingly managed by the very kind Francesco, who took care of us with every choice and selection of wines.
I feel it was a culinary journey from start to finish, something original that you're unlikely to find in the area.
For those who love resourcefulness, authenticity, and boldness... I highly recommend stopping by!
