Nice place to eat, good beer and friendly staff. But it was crowded and we waited a long time for beer, which is also quite expensive. Otherwise everything was ok.

Honestly good food and a nice selection of kraftbiers. The staff is really friendly and it's at a well-located place in the city center.

A brewery with a capital B! Beer is meant to be enjoyed here! They always have different and unique beers, explained by the staff, who are always smiling and friendly. Since I tried these "panini" years ago, I haven't set foot in a traditional sandwich shop. The ingredients and quality are on another level. In addition to sandwiches, they also offer appetizers and meat dishes, soups, and more, always very refined. There's a "fixed" menu and then a "special" one that changes with the season or event. And let's not even talk about the desserts... sublime!!!! Elio's passion for cooking and beer shines through in everything he does, because everything is truly delicious. The place is worth a visit even just for the decor!! I can't give it more than 5 stars; it deserves many more!

Obviously, as an old metalhead, I'm biased: Beautiful place, uniquely decorated, but very cool. The music was amazing. The food was superb: from the sandwiches to the excellent dishes, ending with dessert (those cigars were fa-bu-lous) and the after-dinner drinks (you were saved by the lack of Sambuca, with that licorice liqueur that was out of this world 😜)... I found only high quality and attention to detail. The beer? Excellent selection and high quality. The staff is very friendly, always ready to listen and open to chatting and joking, but above all, very capable. Coming from Brianza, it'll be difficult for me to return anytime soon, but as soon as I pass through Trieste, I'll definitely be back!
