Great burger! And GREAT sandwich 😉 Friendly staff, RECOMMENDED!

The atmosphere is very unique, and the staff are super friendly and can offer great drink recommendations, even to those who aren't familiar with beer. The sandwiches are also delicious.

A restaurant in the center of Trieste, on a side street off Piazza Borsa. We ate outside, weather permitting. The sandwich was very good, and there was a good selection of beers. The dessert was excellent, as were the chocolate cigars. The staff were kind, helpful, and friendly.

I don't know what's better. Very good sandwiches, very good meat, excellent beer, refined bitters and a very cool location. Every waiter is kind and easy-going. Great evening.

Excellent sandwiches! Mr. Pig is fantastic. Definitely try under the scotman's kilt. All the names on the menu are funny, the beers are great and the desserts... the rooms inside are very well-kept with lots of seats and a medieval atmosphere. The outside square is quiet and pleasantly lit

Excellent, very atmospheric beer house with suitable cuisine. Cozy halls, there are several tables on a quiet street. Excellent service. A varied menu with good beer snacks. A good selection of draft beer.

Somehow I did not expect to find a beer place in Trieste at all, but this one was so good that I went there twice. An excellent choice of beer on tap (try the stout!), very friendly staff and tasty dishes with funny names!

Finally 0.5 beers! I missed these glasses pre covid.

I give 5 stars because there aren't 6. Everyone can see that the place is spectacular both inside and outside. But the fact that the dishes are excellent, prepared with carefully chosen ingredients and cooked with care, even if they are sandwiches, you can only know if you go there, so if you happen to be in Trieste don't miss out on this exceptional brewery. The staff is very kind, attentive and also nice! Recommended for rockers. Just be careful with the Spaccaculi sauce because it does what it says on the tin (I swear it's the most serious spiciness I've tasted in years). It's not cheap but for what you eat it's fine.
