I give 5 stars because there aren't 6. Everyone can see that the place is spectacular both inside and outside. But the fact that the dishes are excellent, prepared with carefully chosen ingredients and cooked with care, even if they are sandwiches, you can only know if you go there, so if you happen to be in Trieste don't miss out on this exceptional brewery. The staff is very kind, attentive and also nice! Recommended for rockers. Just be careful with the Spaccaculi sauce because it does what it says on the tin (I swear it's the most serious spiciness I've tasted in years). It's not cheap but for what you eat it's fine.

Wonderful place; wonderful atmosphere, wonderful food and very high quality vegetarian offer. Seriously spicy and for connoisseurs. Heck can you give 15 stars??

The highlight are the NAMES of the sandwiches. It's worth it just for that. They make very good sandwiches... and don't miss the basket with fried potatoes.

Excellent pub with cuisine. We had dinner without a reservation on a Sunday evening, the staff welcomed us with kindness and professionalism. Good choice of craft beers on tap, delicious sandwiches and meat dishes, exceptional desserts, welcoming and youthful environment.

Excellent food, very friendly and knowledgeable staff who explain both the food and drinks in detail. Wide choice of sandwiches and dishes; there are also some really tasty off-menu items. Fair price for the quality of the food

Friendly, smiling and prepared staff. For vegetarians like me the choice is limited (I hope for a greater assortment in the future), but I must say that overall the food was good, as were the beers, artisanal and carefully selected. Cozy atmosphere with a beautiful energy. Advise!

Excellent place, a fair selection of beers with flavors ranging from the classic blonde to the more particular (we had a mint and chocolate one, very good). Delicious dishes at the right price, and super friendly and helpful staff in recommending the right beer-dish pairings. Absolutely coming back!!
