12/05/2025: Located in the rural area of ​​Taurasi (AV), the "L'Archetto" restaurant is a simple, spartan-looking establishment. The bar serves coffee throughout the day, followed by the dining room, while a few tables are outside. The pizzas—carbonara and archetto—were richly topped and flavorful, with a light crust and crispy crust. The tegamini, fusilli, and Mexican-style beans were all delicious, the latter being quite spicy. The service staff was extremely friendly; the quality/price ratio was excellent.
