A Rota - Pizzeria Romanesca

21/05/2025: Mario, the server, was great; he provided us with more than professional service. I have no complaints, I highly recommend him.
20/05/2025: I came to A Rota almost two years ago now and decided to repeat on a Monday at 10:00 pm. I found the dough slightly changed, perhaps less crunchy and a little bit tending to rubbery, but these are trifles on a very high level. Prices more than fair for Rome. Mario the Head Waiter makes a huge difference in management, with a place that he keeps in a careful way, working only at the table (without take-away). Congratulations!

07/06/2025: On a motorcycle trip to catch the ferry to Barcelona, ​​we stopped for dinner before boarding and found the right place. We ordered a combo pizza, which was delicious. However, the menu is very limited, but the beer selection is more extensive. The covered terrace with benches is very quiet, as it's in a quiet square.
