The pizza dough is very good, light, and doesn't leave you feeling heavy after eating it. The filling is very good. Homemade burger. Everything was excellent, the place, the beer. We'll be back.

We had a really lovely dinner here! Great service despite our non existent Italian haha. The first pizza on their list, The Engel Keller truffle pizza, was especially delicious!

02/01/2026: We came to this restaurant for Umbria Jazz and had a truly wonderful time. The restaurant is perfect in every way: food, service, location, and decor, everything is meticulously designed. We also chose something off the menu: lentils with sausage, which were truly excellent. The polenta with wild boar, porcini mushrooms, and sausage was simply heavenly. Finally, the desserts: berry tart and tiramisu, both excellent. A truly positive experience: we'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!
