A historic and very charming place. This time I had tea and pastries, but I'd already bought a tray of desserts to take to friends' houses in the past and was satisfied. It's a shame the staff were a bit reserved, and we weren't given a menu so we could have a leisurely look at all the options available.

I recently visited Taveggia and, as always, it was a great experience. The atmosphere is welcoming and well-maintained, and the staff is truly kind and professional, both at the counter and in the dining room. You can sense their attention to customers and their passion for their work: it's a place you always want to return to. Highly recommended.
Unfortunately, I witnessed an unpleasant situation, where a woman with a child claimed she had been treated badly. If I understood correctly, the issue concerned the payment for table service. However, I believe it was just a misunderstanding.
Taveggia remains a welcoming and reliable place. 👍👍🥰🥰♥️♥️

A historic pastry shop in central Milan, this dated and original establishment has retained its elegant decor and atmosphere, except for the owner, who still uses the "Taveggia" name. The staff is welcoming and hospitable, and it's a popular meeting place for regulars and newcomers alike. The adjacent lounge and lower floor are a bit stuffy due to the lack of natural light. The coffee is excellent, but the pastry shop has deteriorated over time!
