Ottime birre artigianali che abbiamo potuto apprezzare grazie alla bravissima Francesca. Lei, con la sua professionalità unita a gentilezza e simpatia, ti porta in un percorso di sapori e ti consiglia in base ai tuoi gusti. Si possono mangiare anche ottime pinse, patate cotte con la friggitrice ad aria, piadine, panini e taglieri di salumi e formaggi. Ambiente riservato e accogliente. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo.

Le Springo is a great Tap Room with a variety of craft beer brewed themselves. They do have some other drinks if beer isn't your thing, but you should try it. Francesca runs the bar and is very friendly. She has a range of bar snacks and food available too. Really good value for money and supporting a local business, what could be better? We have been twice and will be going back before we leave.

Finding these places is always a blessing: special beers, explained well and competently. The food is always special, like the pizza prepared with their yeasts. Relaxed and relaxing atmosphere. Welcoming and with great service. Last but not least: excellent prices. Tip: if they have a sour beer on tap, Lambic or with "wild" yeasts, definitely try it.
