An absolutely spectacular rare find, even in the cuisine capital of the world. In an intimate environment, the owner and the chef told us exactly who and where each ingredient was sourced from. Incredible flavours, we could taste the care and passion that went into each dish. We tried the tonnarelli alla gricia with asparagus, the sea bream (orata) in a cream of peas, the mackerel (sgombro) alla cacciatora, and the beef and peas stew (spezzatino). All dishes were divine, the wine paring was perfect, and we hope to visit again before they owners retire. Grazie Daniele!
