Tartare18 In Padova

Undoubtedly the quality of the meat cannot be questioned, but the serious problem that I encountered last night while tasting various tartares (the non-natural ones) lies precisely in the seasoning. I found the doses of mustard, worcestershire sauce etc so excessive that they completely lost the taste of the meat. A big shame. I hope that this review can question one's seasoning skills (fundamental in tartare), and that it can be food for thought and improvement. Thank you, Alberto Antonello

Great tatar in a lot (!)of variations (you can even, within limits, create your own) - simply delicious. A must when in Padova and if you like tatar.

Takeaway tartare. Always a pleasure to return. Highly recommended is the Ball and Chapeau.
