Excellent food, great welcome. We stumbled upon this place by chance, but we'll find a way to return.

We came here by chance as we were coming down from the battlefield. We ordered a starter, and a truly meager portion arrived. The waiter looked at us and said, "At our house, we always talk at the end." He brought out ramekins for every two people. There were six of us. We were amazed, and above all, it was truly DELICIOUS! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We visited this restaurant while passing through Collesano, relying on previous reviews, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. It was a lovely discovery: a welcoming place with tasty, authentic cuisine. The first courses were delicious. The staff were extremely courteous, and especially the owner's friendliness, which truly surprised us! We'll definitely be back when we pass through Collesano, given the pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Very good...but you have to be patient

After a nice ascent of Pizzo Carbonara, I stopped in this restaurant a little late (around 2:30 p.m.), but I was greeted with great kindness. I met Peppe, the manager, Giovanna, the cook, and Anna, the waitress. The welcome, the meal (delicious pasta with cheese), the speed of the service and the warm exchanges with the staff... a pure pleasure 🙏🏻 Thanks again to the whole team, and can't wait to come back from Switzerland to enjoy a wonderful meal again! Perfect italian food, one of the best price/quality ratio around here.

In Collesano for a few days of relaxation. We arrive on a Sunday and stumble upon this trattoria somewhat by chance. From the outside, it's hard to tell it's even a restaurant (we were there in October). A spartan but welcoming place. The menu is balanced. Obviously, everything focuses on meat and vegetables. We order two first courses (my partner and I). We wait a bit, perhaps too long, even though there aren't many people. There's actually a soccer team upstairs. The owner apologizes and assures us that the wait is due to the fact that everything is freshly prepared. The pasta dishes arrive. Calling them gourmet would be an exaggeration. A taste... My partner is petrified, hungry, and on the verge of hysterics. Then the surprise... (I won't spoil it for you) But you can guess from the photos of other customers. You won't be disappointed! I'm telling you, it was the best lunch we had in the area in four days. The "Trinacria" pasta with ragù, eggplant, and cheese (I hope that's the right name) was wonderful! Affordable prices, and the owner is friendly and kind. If you're passing through, it's worth a visit.

The best pasta in all of Sicily. The atmosphere is welcoming, almost like family rather than just a guest. Mr. Peppe is very kind and brings Sicilian culture to life through the dishes he and his staff prepare. I highly recommend it to anyone passing through this area!

The best pasta I've had in Sicily! Excellent bruschetta, every flavor was evident, and the tomatoes were fantastic. The staff were very kind and welcoming. I'm so glad I chose to eat here :) The atmosphere was homey and very welcoming.
