Tardis In Milano

The place overall is very pleasant, but we're just not there with the service. Very good and well-made appetizers and burgers, but on a Saturday evening it is unacceptable to be told that we have finished 3 dishes on a menu which, rightly due to the nature of the place which is certainly focused on something else, is already not extensive . I won't dwell on the fact that I had to call countless times to be able to clear the table, because we could open a separate chapter. The icing on the cake was the non-existent air conditioning, ridiculous to have to point this out in a review of a restaurant in Milan on a scorchingly hot evening. To conclude, places with great potential, but not managed optimally. I don't think we will return

Very welcoming place and also well looked after but there are some flaws 1 on Saturday night there were no 3 main courses and given that there are 5 main courses this is not acceptable 2 good service but with many apologies we called the girl more than once to order and every time she told us that she doesn't take orders while she took them at the other tables. 3 we are in summer, the temperatures are very high, you need air conditioning otherwise you eat a sandwich peppered with sweat.

Average experience, considering that the food wasn't bad at all, and it must be said quality meat! The real problems lie in the service, professional and at the same time scandalous considering that being with our 13 year old daughter we were even refused the request to have a nice glass or something nice for her too like the ones they use for themed cocktails justifying it with "we can't because what we have are already ruining, let alone making everyone happy like this". To justify the 2 stars for the environment, I'll just say that upon entering I don't feel the fantasy/sci-fi atmosphere that should be perceived in certain places! Unplayable games all destroyed among various things..

We ate very well. The Korean sauce is very good. However, I found problems with the service. The boy who served us "justified" himself for everything: first he made a big fuss over us because one person didn't come... warning us without charging us that if it happened again we would have to pay €4.50 cover charge for each person who wouldn't have introduced himself and okay, he's there. I'm not going to tell you too much but everything we asked for was a very long explanation... let's say a particular character that can be overlooked because it is still professional. The problem was the state of the games...in really bad shape and the amount of mosquitoes inside the place (most likely they were not yet equipped for the arrival of these beasts of Satan). My daughter was then a little upset because she had requested a coke in a "special" glass and was refused because otherwise they could be wasted... in short, she is 13 years old, not 5...
