Tantris In Novara

The Tantris restaurant is a truly 360-degree experience. Excellent dishes, perfectly balanced, strong and delicate flavours, an environment with attention to detail with splendid design objects, exceptional staff, kindness and affability in a serene atmosphere. You can sense the love for this job, which is also transmitted through a great ability to welcome customers, even the littlest ones. By far the best restaurant and food and wine experience in Novara, and well beyond, without exaggeration. Do I recommend it? Certainly! Score 10 and praise.

Ottima cena gourmet in coppia. Abbiamo preso due menù degustazione, prendendoci il nostro tempo (ad oggi il vero lusso). Due ore dopo, entrambi molto soddisfatti dell' intera cena. Stella Michelin più che meritata. Molto attenti anche ai dettagli nell' arredo della sala, passando alle ceramiche usate come piatti di servizio.A fine pasto la Chef Marta Grassi è venuta a salutarci scambiando alcune parole: piacevolissima donna di simpatia oltre che di indubbia capacità. Prezzo assolutamente adeguato all' esperienza.

A really great evening with great “bites”. Instead of several courses, there were 3-6 prepared little things for each course, each with extraordinary taste. Anyone who likes good star cuisine will experience another creative surprise here - and yes, we were full after the tasting menu.

I was a guest some time ago, we opted for the complete tasting, I must say that the research, the flavors and the ingredients are certainly at the highest levels, personally I would have liked the main courses to have been slightly more abundant, they are all finger foods, not I obviously expected to go to a restaurant but not even to receive 2 number of tortelli. Very competent and friendly staff as it should be, personally I really appreciated the search for flavors and I recommend the experience, even if, as they say...not my cup of tea

High level restaurant, as expected. Excellent food, top raw materials and service appropriate to the level of the restaurant. The only thing I would have appreciated would have been a space for a glass before sitting at the table
